From the moment I began planning my birthday dinner at Fiola Mare, the staff exceeded all expectations. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

The planning phase was effortless, with the team being incredibly accommodating and responsive to every question and request. On the day of the event, their dedication continued to shine during setup, throughout the dinner, and even during the breakdown. Their commitment to providing exceptional service truly stood out.

The food was outstanding, as expected, but what sets Fiola Mare apart is the remarkable service. Every interaction—from the attentive staff inside to the valet team outside—was handled with the utmost care. I was initially concerned about parking, but the $20 valet service was quick, convenient, and completely stress-free.

The venue itself is stunning, adding to the overall ambiance of the celebration. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience to celebrate my birthday.

I would highly recommend this place for events. It is perfectly situated in front of the water and right next to a green park over looking the water. DO NOT MISS THE DESERTS. Genuinely some of the best I have had. They had a good price range as well with dishes ranging from 28 to 120$. Definitely able to get high quality food worth the price tag. You can spend from 50$ a person to upward of 200$+ if you buy the caviar a mound other things. Enjoy the ambiance and food the servers were so kind. Its definitely a must try!

My reviews are strictly based on the flavor of the food but I will also provide additional details at the end that would be of interest to folks.

In the case of Fiola Mare, this was my first visit with my 5 friends. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe which is my favorite Italian dish and so of course I needed to see how well Fiola made it. The food was good but not remarkable. It had a good cheesy flavor and a light frothy sauce on the tortellini. But there was no hint of any spice from pepper or the creaminess you expect from a cacio e pepe (remember for a good cacio e pepe, the creaminess comes only from the cheese and pasta water and never from added cream). So calling this cacio e pepe is certainly misleading but nonetheless the dish was tasty. It was good food but certainly nothing worth raving about. My friends felt similar about their dishes too. We all agreed the food was just OK.

As for other details that have no bearing on my overall star rating but would be important to folks are the price and portion size. The price is very high for a tiny bowl of pasta that I devoured in about 1 minute. I was so hungry after but I wasn't going to drop another $32 on a small pasta dish. (We all went down the road to get a burger after). I think the ladies were satisfied with the portion size but the guys were definitely hungry. Overall, the food is expensive for the portion size especially considering the flavor was just OK. Again, it wasn't bad food at all. I enjoyed the flavor. I just wasn't blown away that I need to return anytime soon.

I will say the service was incredible. They were very attentive and polite. The atmosphere was chic and overlooks the river.

Fiola Mare is simply spectacular! The food was excellent—my salmon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also tried the eggplant dish, which was incredibly tasty. For dessert, the tiramisu was the perfect choice—fresh and delicious. The service was top-notch, making the entire experience even better. We were a party of 7 people for dinner at Fiola Mare and our experience was phenomenal. Every single dish we ordered was exceptional. They also have extensive wine list and a variety of cocktails to choose from. There were few options suitable for vegetarians which is great. I am definitely coming back.
