Another Amazing Night at Escargot 41!
We had yet another wonderful dinner at Escargot 41 last night! They always go above and beyond for us and make us feel so special! Hands down top notch service every dinner!
This time, we started with the beef tartare (so flavorful!) and it was topped with some crunchy hazelnuts that added so much flavor to the dish. And then the wowing  burrata salad, which was so light and refreshing. For our main course, we tried the evening specials: chicken cordon bleu and one of the most tender seafood dish, both served with fresh veggies and the crispiest, melt-in-your-mouth potato wedges. Every bite was just perfect!
And let’s talk about these desserts—because we couldn’t pick just one, we went for three of the most decadent sweets on the menu, and they did not disappoint!
Just INCREDIBLE!!!

This place is a hidden gem.  Atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting.  I had the Ginger and carrot bisque to start. Incredible. My main dish, the Veal Medallions was flavorful delicious. Our server, Ves, was very help and knowledgeable.  Their recommendation of the Chateau La Cardonne 2016 was great. If you haven't been treat yourself at least once or twice

It was very disappointing. Small escargot swimming in vast amounts of sauce. We tried 4 different ones. Nothing refined in the preparation. Butter for bread was cheap quality. The crispy duck was like fried chicken aka duck. Never heard of tenderloin covered with a glop of cheese in a French restaurant. Sweetbreads were tasty and nicely done. Mashed potatoes were cold. The japanese whiskey cocktail was very good, the soufflé looked good but was watery when eaten. Service by Simone was excellent , the maître d’ couldn’t care less, didn’t even bother to mark our open table reservation, as having attended barely looked at us

Believe me when I say, honestly the best meal I've had since I moved to Naples (April 2022)! Michelin Star quality!!
The experience started as soon as we walked in, where we were greeted by the owners Maria & Stoyan with a warm sincere welcome. The entire ambiance is very welcoming with charming romantic feel!
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and will educate you on menu and wine list. And most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious!
I was Wildly Impressed by the entire experience!!!

This is my second visit to Escargot 41. Our time spent there with family was lovely. However the overall experience was similarly disappointing both visits. I try to visit twice before reviewing when I can. This will be about the second visit. The drinks were pretty good. The service was rather good, friendly but not very attentive. Atmosphere was about right. The escargot was delicious, but the plating sucks, like someone else said they are basically average to small bites swimming in sauce. These people don’t put any attention into the cleanliness of their cutlery, glasses, or serving plates. There was a residue film on my first wine glass, the second had lipstick, the third was clearly wiped clean by our server, my plate had crusted food, and my spoon had a big greasy fingerprint. I had the lobster bisque it was 3 tiny bites about the size of a dime of lobster in the bottom of a bowl that was then smothered with a simple but decent bisque. The Cesar was too basic with store bought croutons like the junk that comes out of the bag from the grocery story. The entree was just blah. I had the fruits de mer it was plated better than a kindergartener could produce. Seriously under seasoned for French food. The scallops were cooked well, shrimp were over done, the vegetables (carrots and broccoli) were undercooked, the risotto was flavorless white rice with cream in it. I rarely don’t finish my food and this risotto wasn’t worth the calories. We tried a handful of desserts. The dolce de leche tiramisu was decent. The soufflé was watery though it looked nice. The profiteroles were soggy. Just rather a disappointment. With all the options in Naples I won’t be returning again.
