I come here to this location veryyyy often. I used to pay less than $13 every single time. Recently the cost has varied between $11-$18 every single visit even tho I order the same items every time. My last visit the cashier told me it’s because after 2pm they offer a “combo” option but that I specifically have to ask for a “combo” when ordering or they won’t provide the discount. Today I did just that, asked for a COMBO, she asked me what side and drink. At the window she stated the total was $17 and some change. I asked if it was rang up as a combo or each item individually… she stated it was rang up individually.. I then stated I wanted it rang up as a combo, she closed the window and when she opened it she said it was done as a combo and the price was still the same. Upon reviewing my receipt I see that each item was still rang up individually even though she stated it was rang up as a combo. When I showed her that the menu right above her head says a combo is $13 she said the menu is outdated…. Basically the cost of your food depends on the cashier who is working that day which is crazy.

This location is right next to my job so I frequent often. Staff is always amazing however my last several visit I’ve been given a sandwich with basically ZERO toppings. Paying 13$ for bread is getting ridiculous.

This past Wednesday I had placed an online order and immediately after that my employer decided to buy us lunch so I called to cancel and then rapidly had to place a LARGE online order and hope that it would be freakishly fast to us by our break time. It was Definitely on time and for such a large order the crew here did not miss a thing. Thank you!

Pretty large Jimmy John’s located near Brooklyn area of downtown. Typical Jimmy John’s the food was good and it was fast for a fair price. I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s. Glad I stopped by I will be back I’m sure someday. Would recommend!

My workplace catered sandwiches for us and boy was that a rip off.  They were individually wrapped about 4" each.  There was so little meat it was impossible to taste it in the bread.  A person would need to combine 4 of these to make a decent sandwich.  Why the scam, it was fully paid for, not a freebie.
