I would put a 0 star if I could. This place was the worst place to do a pick up order. We made a pick up order for 1:00pm and we had to wait till 2pm! The other pick up order customers left because it was taking so long. They messed up my order, and my Mac n cheese looked like it’s been left out over night (they had to put my Mac n cheese back to get me a new one), there was also hair in my burger, and the sauces were so watered down.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! To also add on, the 2 cooks didn’t come in, but yet when me and my family were leaving we saw one worker (cook?) smoking a cigarette by the dumpsters in the back of the restaurant.. this place is disgusting, Especially the food, was not appetizing. The hosts was the only one that was helping pick up orders, she didn’t have to do that because she was responsible for it. We will never come here again or recommending nobody else coming here.

To start food is good, but service not so much. I visit multiple times a week, always the same issue. I always place to go orders late at night, even arrive 10-20 mins past pickup time but for some reason I still find myself waiting another 20-30 minutes just to receive my food. It’s always the same gentleman running to go by himself which is ridiculous. He’s very rude and never says a word I will stand there for 10-15 minutes without anyone saying a word to me or even asking the name for pickup . Other employees walk past you back and fourth never even checking to see if you’ve been serviced (restaurant isn’t busy ever that late so even if it’s not their position they could still greet/help in to go). Another server was very rude when I asked about my order and told me it was not her problem because she doesn’t work in Togo and proceeded to laugh and talk about it with other coworkers instead of checking on the 10+ people who are waiting for orders. And to add to the evening , I ordered boneless wings but for some reason has a full bone?

My favorite place to eat at. I absolutely love the mozzarella sticks. Not a big burger fan but last time I had their burger and it was amazing. Their customer service is wonderful! Mal took care of me today and she was just the sweetest. I went there at around 10pm and I still got taken care very quickly. They are very attentive to customers and always ensure everything is perfect for you!

Food was decent, but became unedible upon seeing a roach crawl up the wall in front of me and my group. The waitress also let the food get cold and stalled tons with us. She sat talking to another table for 15 minutes, instead of doing her job. I had to get another waitress who was actually working to get the manager. The manager didn't charge us for the food, which helped curb our anger about the roach, and the service. We may return again if Buffalo Wild Wings passes their next health inspection with no roaches, but for now, we will not be returning. (This experience was 3 weeks ago)
