The service over the phone was courteous and helpful. Calling the order in was less expensive than using the apps or ordering online. Reasonable prices, good food. Loved the white 🍚 rice! We ordered Hunan shrimp and Garlic shrimp. They looked the same, ingredients, texture, but the garlic shrimp was more flavorful and had a good kick!! I’ve had garlic shrimp from many different places, most have bamboo shoots, mini corn and sweet peas 🫛 or similar, but this was served with broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers - oh so good! Generous on the shrimp 🍤 too! Thank you! We’ll be back when we’re in town again.

My fried shrimp was fried too long and didn't have a seafood taste at all. The shrimp fried rice was very good. They have the best shrimp fried rich in Pensacola. Hubby had pepper steak, grandson had a honey dish, and both said their dish was good

Our go to take out Chinese restaurant in Pensacola. Large menu selection. Kind of a old school feel. Order your food , grab a couple packets of sauce, get your food and go.

Food is fresh cooked and even though they have a large menu all the items taste different and unique. Large portions. If the menu says it’s spicy it actually has a little spice.

Good take away Chinese food.

Service an atmosphere I'm rating a 3 since I've never dined in. My order was delivery. The driver was nice and it arrived on time. Chen's Kitchen is hands down the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I was born on an American Air Force Base in Spain and grew up eating Chinese food there, it was good, I've had plenty of good Chinese food in Michigan, South Florida, and New Orleans. I've had AMAZING Chinese food in New York City and California. General Tso's chicken taste like nothing. The fried rice is garbage. For starters it's NOT fried. It appears to be a yellow "spanish" rice mix for $0.99 cents from a dollar store with a little pork, and onion -period... It's not fried like I said. Horrible food, don't waste your time or $45 bucks like me.
