Very good chicken, about par with the competition. Went by for the $8.99 for an 8 piece which is advertised on sign( which would be a great deal,) but was disappointed when they told me that was only on Wednesdays! Better clarity on that would have been nice! Otherwise, the service was friendly and fast! You do not get biscuits like the others fyi .......( Maybe you do with a meal?)

Maybe I just always come on the good nights? I’ve never had a bad experience. My order is never wrong and they’re always really nice to me! My food always tastes fresh and sometimes they put extra peppers or biscuit. The first time was a long wait time but that was 4-5 visits ago and she only had 2 people. They could clean up more but it’s Church’s AND it’s small af back there.

I was looking forward to trying Church's in Pensacola, FL again after the remodel.  We  ordered the 12 piece mixed, the young man that took our order had no pleasantries for us, didn't even say hello.  The order was suppose to have 3 wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 breast, however, we only received 2 wings and 1 breast and legs and thighs.  At no point we were told they didn't have all the items to fill the order, the man that waited on us barely even spoke.  We paid the cost for the correct order and didn't verify it before leaving as we had no reason to think it wouldn't be correct.    The food was good, but it seems the quality of the chicken has changed, very small pieces, and the size of the sides are smaller, unlike the old Church's.  It would also be good if the people handling the food had their hair up and not in hanging in their faces.  An unfortunate experience from a place we used to love going to.

The staff was nice. That's the only thing I have good to say. 35 min wait for 10 tenders 2 sides for a total of 35$ and when I got them they were as undercooked as could be without not being cooking. The max and cheese tasted as if setting for a couple of days in the warmer. This was my favorite place as a kid to get chicken sandwich or livers.

The new manager has truly revitalized this establishment! The quality of the food has returned to the exceptional standard I recall from my childhood. It is truly excellent! I have rated the atmosphere as four stars because they are currently in the process of renovating it. The customer service is better than I have ever experienced. If you are a fan of Church's, I highly recommend visiting this location!
