I paid over $30 and didn't enjoy it all. The buffet was empty and the two selections they did have were old. There was not even clean forks. No one was bussing the tables. People were emptying their own dishes and the trash area was over filled! I should've just asked for my money back and left.

Amazing place to eat if you like to eat a lot of pizza and enjoy a lively atmosphere. We didn't get to try it out, but there was an arcade by the dining area that looked fun and they were playing the old Sonic cartoon on the TV while we were eating. Definitely a good place to bring kids.

We love Cici's pizza. We were so sad to see the Ft Walton location close so that leaves this Pensacola location as the nearest one. Great staff. Very friendly.

Pensacola, Florida-Cicis has a great fun vibe with great customer service but the pasta is very bland and watery, the pizza has no pizzazz and the bathrooms could use a complete makeover.
It's been ongoing for over 20 yrs so it's probably time for a fresh revamping of everything 😉
