Absolutely hate this place unfortunately my family loves it but after tonight everyone agrees not to order again from Panda Express. Ordered a few meals online and received nothing but veggies no beef in the beef and broccoli at all and had maybe had 1- 2 pieces of small chicken in each chicken item ordered, unfortunately Uber eats doesn’t care and the company will tell you to call Uber eats. Which refunded me 2$ on a $30+ order. Never again such a waste of money me and my family threw the food out and went to McDonalds instead

I don't know what they replaced the Angus pepper steak with.  One thing is for sure...it isn't beef.
I couldn't chew or tear apart the meat with my hands. Every single piece was like that.  This is the 2nd time within 2 weeks that I ordered the steak and it was like that.  It used to be real meat and I enjoyed it but this isn't what they say it is and I will NOT order from Panda again.

Typically, I order on Uber eats or drive thru  today. I had the pleasure of dining in and I must say it was pleasant. The shift leader, unsure of her name was very pleasant. I noticed her checking on every table asking them were there OK and do they need anything? Which is unusually for fast food to me but I was pleased to see it food was fresh and good I’ll be dining in more often thanks

Why open at 9:30 AM if you won’t have food ready till 10-10:30 AM, then say you can’t cancel and refund money back to card till 10:30 AM? Either the manager was full of it or Panda Express needs to do a better job. If you not going have food ready to serve to customers don’t open till that time and also be able to refund money if someone can’t wait 30+ minutes because they are on a lunch break. Pretty ridiculous
