I grabbed a Chia Banana Pudding bowl here for breakfast today and the server was abrupt and also misspelled the name on the order, but the lobby was clean and the bowl was delicious even if they did spare on the honey drizzle.

Update: 3 wks later: the company sent me a $10 gift card for complaining. Still no lobby Music, still dirty bathroom mirror, parking lot full of garbage, no smiles or even simple thank yous from the staff. These people hate their jobs. Something is wrong. And why did corporate send me a $10 if they weren't able to communicate and implement anything different?

$9 smoothies and no one even smiled at us. No music. Bathrooms- the mirror was SO dirty. These people don't like their jobs. Are they treated well, trained and paid fairly? Something is wrong. Not going back to support this.

The most expensive smoothies a person can buy. Yes, they are good, but seriously... $8-9 for a smoothie?! It's a dollar a fruit, service without a smile or personality, no music, zero atmosphere. I left $10 poorer and depressed.

I've been to other TSC locations before, and this one is just sad. Workers wear airpods and have phones out, which is rly gross. No lobby music, so it's extremely quiet and awkward..? Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, and they forgot about my food sitting on the counter, and they never called out my name either. Didn't make my wrap correctly. Honestly, it's a bummer.

Ordered a few smoothies, all the same flavor. One was really soupy, one was filled to the brim and the third wasn’t. It’s the inconsistency for me when they cost the same.
