Food was visually stunning! Also appreciated the seating arrangements, allowing you to interact with the chef more. Some of the best food in Tampa :)

Of all of the Michelin starred restaurants I’ve tried, this was one of the most disappointing. The service was excellent, including the chef/owner personally serving some of the dishes, but more than a few of the courses were not only not outstanding, as one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, but were not even good. They weren’t terrible - I’d probably give a 3 star review - but not at this price point. For over $1,000 for two people, including the wine pairing, one would expect everything to be stellar.
The restaurant itself is also a little odd in layout and not exactly impressive. It basically consists of a large rectangular bar where everyone sits in the middle of a large, nondescript room.
We found it surprising that we were able to get a Friday night reservation just a few days in advance, but not so after seeing the more than half empty venue, and experiencing the food.

This was our third restaurant from the michalen catalog and they really made my 36th birthday something to remember. We loved all 11 of the courses we got the highlights were the quail and vendance caviar,  the wines paired perfectly with every dish and the non Alcoholic juice parings were delicious and refreshing.

I had an incredible time! The dishes are well thought out with unique ingredients, designs, and flavors. It was delicious. The servers and chefs were professional and gave a wonderful attentive experience. It's wonderful to have a cosmopolitan restaurant in Tampa!
