Went on the last night. Energy better pre Halloween, but way more manageable post Halloween. Relatively expensive, but totally worth it. Have a young daughter, she was scared...tried to get her to see it was just actors...no go. Jerry the dead plumber from high school came over, introduced himself, and put a face to the fear. But daughter was still apprehensive. To my surprise, Jerry then asked if she would like him to walk her through it. Having already bought the tickets, this was the middle ground we needed. Jerry walked her thru the entire house, keeping the monsters at bay and we survived. Thank you so much Jerry!!!! In the future, boys minimum 10 and girls probably three years older.... At least. They also offer a walk thru with the lights on Saturdays during the Halloween season. Great place to start to teach controlling your fears and risk management IMO.

Very disappointing experience. It was billed as one of the top 5 haunted houses in the country. I've been through at least 20 that I would put in front of it including a first year show in the woods in Vernon, FL. Wanted to surprise my wife with a great haunted house and it was anything but. It was Nov 1. Maybe half the staff didn't come to work that day? There were extremely long segments where it would have made sense to have additional characters. If it was free or even a local fundraiser with volunteers it would be an ok house. Don't waste your money on this one.

For not having been to a haunted house in many many years it was lowkey good... but... fair warning the line is loooong. We waited for 3 hours but that's not really their fault. Overall fun experience, actors did a pretty good job. But was it worth the wait? Probably not

Bought tickets for 9pm Monday the 13th, got in line around 8:20 and unfortunately didn't get in to the actual house until midnight. Kids skipped the line the whole time making the wait even longer. House had really cool aspects but it seemed like there were so many scare actors missing. The last scare actor at the end of the path was shouting things like "I was supposed to leave at 9:30. You can leave now...". Seems like they were unable to handle the volume this year, didn't have the staffing, and weren't able to uphold their own code of conduct. Pretty disappointed.

Such a fun experience full of jump scares, rooms decorated in spooky themes, and actors committed to the roles! Shaky floors, and you can hear the other patrons screams as they went through the maze of the haunted house. I didn't stop laughing as I anxiously made my way through the rooms. Christmas they will have Krampus there. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I did SCREAM a few times, tons of fun! Must be okay with tight areas, uneven flooring, moving rooms and loud noises,and no AC. LIMIT the items on your person. Must be okay standing long periods of time. Would love to do another haunted house.

We love haunted houses. We scour all over the country to enjoy haunted houses. We got tickets to this event as a gift yelp elite winnets. This haunted house is easy to find. The parking lot is likely to be over flowing because of the popularity of it. Do not let that stop you. Print and bring your ticket with you. The line to get through security is slow and long. If you have your ticket printed before arrival you can skip that part of the line. If you purchase a v.i.p. ticket and bring it with you. Eventually someone from staff will fine you and bring you to the front of line. Once you get to the house entrance you will have an option to take a picture with the person or group you are with. We suggest you buy the picture digital combo. Inside the haunted house was above any we have seen in our country wide search. This was not your typical one hour line five minute haunted house. This haunted house has so many good features I would have to right a three page pamphlet to describe it. So, to sum it up. You will will be scared many times. They have not common designs on the trail through the house. They do have two standards for all haunted housew which is the rotating tunnel and the tunnel you have to squeeze through with no light. If you are a haunted house fan. You will not be let down by this one. If you have little experience with haunted houses. You will be scared unlike ever before with this one. #13thfloorjacksonville

"Overhyped and Not Worth the Money - 2/10 at Best" The scariest part of this haunted house is the price. With VIP passes and general admission, I spent nearly $200 for three people, expecting an extraordinary experience. Instead, we got a quick, uninspired walk-through that fell far short of what was promised. I've been to haunted houses nationwide--from Halloween Horror Nights to small-town attractions--and I love immersive, scary experiences. But this one was a major disappointment. For the cost, I would have been better off at any other haunted house or even staying home watching a horror movie.

We went on opening night and had an absolute blast! It was visually stunning, the actors were amazing, great jump scares, and WELL worth the money we paid for fast passes. The staff were awesome and helpful and we couldn't have had a better experience. If we're in Jacksonville during their open season, we will attend EVERY TIME.
