Workers were kind of slow, but they were really friendly! I always forget how good a fresh original salted soft pretzel can be! I'm always tempted to get all the different flavors, but truly nothing beats the basic. It's warm and so soft, but still has a good chew to it.

It's really good never had them before but got to tried this out with my ex partner, I enjoy their pretzel dog which can come off salty but good at the same time! Haha it's a great savory snack when walking around the town center. The service are always friendly and great too .

The line moved fast at this outdoor kiosk stand. There was nice staff there today. The menu is fun and you might need to wait for some of the most popular items, but it's worth the extra time. I was going to get the big salted pretzels, but they had these little pretzels in a cup hot and fresh. They were delicious and might taste exactly like the big one. The batter seems to have a little bit of sweetness which is not off putting, because I still get the satisfying saltiness that I crave from a pretzel. This was a big pre- 4th of July gathering crowd which was really nice to see everyone enjoy the day .

One of the worst Auntie Anne's that I had. The pretzels did not taste good. They were dry, not seasoned well enough, and the service was very slow. The dipping sauce was not warm and the overall experience was disappointing.

Waited in line 15 minutes to order because the app has the wrong closing time. After waiting I ordered a regular pretzel so I could use my reward. They told me they were out, so I said pretzel bites were fine. They added up my order then could not scan my reward. They said it was for a small pretzel nugget, I said that was fine and they said they were out of small pretzel nuggets, but not regular size. I am not going to stand in line and argue that doesn't make sense and the difference is $.50 so just charge me $.50 and ring it up as a small. Seems like this location may be attempting to not process rewards or trains their employees poorly.

This is a little stand located in Park Green right in front of Maggiano's. There are a few parking options nearby but your best bet is probably at Dick's North lot. At lot of other Auntie Aunt's locations, I've found service to be unfriendly or rude. I'm not sure if I've just gotten lucky, but I've never had bad service here and I've been here a couple times. I've never had to stand in line and pretzels are always fresh. If you're not in a rush, take your food and enjoy it at one of the seating areas at Park Green and watch the turtles. Be sure to download their free app and earn points towards free pretzels. You'll get coupons / rewards such as a free pretzel on your birthday or a free pretzel on or around National Pretzel day.

I am an admitted pretzel-aholic. Auntie Anne's has been a fav of mine going back to high school! This location in the heart of Town Center is the perfect place to grab a snack! My son and I did just that yesterday! Pretzel dog and pretzel bites and we both tried the frost lemonade concoctions! Robert got mango-lemonade frost and I tried the blue raspberry-lemonade frost (love me some blue foods). They are frozen lemonade ice and creamy at the same time- both satisfied our thirst since it was muggy -hot yesterday afternoon! Pretzels are always consistently good! We even had entertainment while sitting on a bench nearby to eat our snacks~ a duck fight! The must have thought we would share (they were wrong)- feathers flying fighting ducks! lol~ a great day when any of the kids visit!

This is my first time to an Auntie Anne's and I was very disappointed. I have order 2 mini Pretzel Dogs since we were hungry and always wanted to try it. The cook must have been busy doing something else and forgot they were cooking something because the batch that we got was all burnt to the point it had a bitter taste and pretty much not edible until you cut the bottom off. I will probably not go back to this place again. It was pretty expensive of $7.29 each for a burnt piece of dough. I think if I was a manager there, I would not serve this to a customer and just throw it away and risk losing a future customer and that customer telling other potential customer.

I went to the mall I wanted a great pretzel, and as I stood in line it took forever. There were 4 employees standing around and should have helped but they didn't, after waiting I tried to order a pretzel with No salt, and they said I had to wait 30 min, I replied to the person I wasted my time waiting,

Yesterday I stopped by Auntie Annie pretzels and as I stood there in line waiting the gentleman finally got to me. The smell of burning pretzel was prevalent so he excused himself to get the pretzel pieces out and then came to take my order. I asked him about those pretzels and he said that he was able to and I quote "salvage some of them" so I asked him if he was going to make more he said not till these run out. Needless to say I turned around and left.
