I grabbed a bagel sandwich for lunch (and tried to get breakfast) here recently and had a good experience with a few hiccups. I stopped in around 12:45 on a Tuesday and tried to order a tuna melt. I was told they were out of cheese and weren't sure when they'd be getting more. So I asked what was available and I was told most of the menu was, so I got a tuna salad bagel sandwich instead. I asked for a side of hash browns and was told they were out of that, too. I didn't see any chips, so I had just the sandwich. And while the menu said fountain drinks, cans were what was available (just Coke Zero and Diet Coke for soda cans the day I was there). The tuna salad was decent (although pricey at $8.25), and the bagel seemed quite good -- enough that I decided I'd stop in the next morning to try one with cream cheese. However, when I tried to do so -- just before 9 AM on a Wednesday -- the doors were locked with no one inside and no note on the door. I confirmed that their operating hours said they were open from 7 AM to 2 PM on Wednesdays. They did eventually open/re-open, because they were serving when I went to get pizza from the other counter in the same area. One final note that I'm sure they only have limited (if any) control over: it was HOT in the room, even with fans. It's summer in Florida and they're sharing space with a pizza counter, so I get it, but I just wanted to give a heads up for heat-sensitive folks. In summary, would I go again? Definitely to another Bagels R Us, and maybe to this location. I just wouldn't rely on it being available.

I have been coming here since this location first opened. I have loved every visit. They have a nice menu of bagel and sandwiches options. They make breakfast or lunch variations during their hours. They have an assortment of vegan and vegetarian options too. They do not offer a military discount.

I used to really enjoy Bagels R Us, especially the "Garden." Six months ago it was fresh and reliable. But the last three times I've tried to order it this past month, they've been completely out of vegetables. Service has also gone downhill. The two women who worked here before were always friendly and helpful, but lately it's two younger guys who look like they don't even want to be there. The bagels are fine, but between the constant shortages and the lack of customer service, it's just not what it used to be.
