The store has a very bad habit of NOT processing their purchases right away like most stores do. Meaning that they will place a "merchant hold" on money, which can (with limited funds) push your card into the negative. Even when you had more than enough funds needed for the purchase. Case in point, I recently made a purchase there for about 11.26, and after leaving I found that this store not only cleaned out the plasma donation card which I have, but pushed that card into the negative. This happens EVERY time, regardless of the amount of purchase, or the frequency with which you visit the store. Calling the store isn't going to change anything, and you're stuck wondering what happened and why. It was only after contacting the card company that this practice (a rather dirty one at that) was noticed. This company may claim they're not doing anything wrong, however the fact remains that this practice is making purchases difficult from this location. Which makes me very reluctant to not only shop here... but I find it difficult to suggest others shop there as well. If every time someone goes there this company is going to double charge customers.

The store was okay, but not impressed at all. I bought a few things for about $20.01. The Cashier said it did not work, so she charged me again. The internet did seem glitchy. I put my merchandise in my car and went to Noble to order Pizza for dinner. While I was waiting, I checked my checking out and I did indeed get charged twice. So, I walk back down there and the Manager does not want/or know how to do a refund. My only option was to go to my Credit Union(which is not close by)and get a statement from them show the double charge or get credit. I don't have time for this kind of crap. I went back to my car and showed my receipt. The manager wrote on my receipt that I have a $25.00 store credit. Is this 2023? Or 1973? I will go back tomorrow and see if there is anything I want for $25.00. They're going to have to step up their game to stay in business. I don't think I'll return after I use my $25.00 credit on something I don't need or want. Pros:very nice staff. Cons:just not a good business. Recommend:maybe, but pay with CASH.

Sells expired skincare products and doesn't do returns or exchanges. I bought a product that was in a box and it said it was expired after I purchased it.

Very impressed with the layout of the store! After talking to an employee named Shavonna I wanted to shop. Everything was $3.50 without tax! Wow and thank you so much Shavonna. You're awesome!

I had a great experience here. I love how the clothes are organized, and the items on the shelves are easy to see, not much in boxes. I bought a brand new, higher end, trashcan that I accidentally left behind. I went back the next day, of course the trashcan was gone, but the manager (I think), was so helpful and kind. He offered me store credit, which I was happy with. The clothing selection is great! I also got some home goods that were very discounted. I'll be back for sure!

had a bad experience today I usally go there everyday with no issues have and have a good relations with the workers there, because I manage a store near by and see workers at my store but for this day I was being followed by this woman while I was supply shopping for my store she's gonna state that when I enter this location I gotta put my hood down i was shocked because nobody ever told me that all the other times I felt targeted that's when I went to ask a different worker do custOmer's gots to put there hoodie down he said not necessarily but people do be stealing and covering there face mind you my jacket was open you can see my white t and face clearly and i told him maybe there should be a sign when you enter stating this because the moment she seen me she walked right behind passing back n forth saying people be stealing I said mam I live behind this store and I mang 4 different stores plus I be coming here 3 to 4 times a week then I said hmm is there a sign upfront saying that hoodies gotta be down when u enter the store because i knew there wasn't I , just wanted to see if she's gonna lie she said no then I told her how am I supposed to know that and therefor i will not put my hoodie down, while others got there head covers on then when i asked for her name she said no you don't gotta know my name disrespectfully then when I said I wanna know your name because the way u handled the situation as employee wasn't very professional she said thats what my boss tells me to say I said what's your name so I can show this video to him or her then she caused a scene upfront stating that I don't gotta know her name that's when I went to the other worker and asked them for her name velma or welma I said that's not how you do your job and if it was me I would let you go that type of character isn't welcomed
