GROSS! Store is dirty. There's always homeless people around, staff is impatient and rude. Food comes out fairly fast.

Dine in | Lunch | $10-20 First and foremost, I would like to say that I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism in any restaurant. Aggressive, rude, loud, unprofessional are only some of the choice words that I can use to describe the counter guy with the ponytail and gold teeth that was working the counter today. Him and the manager literally brought a older lady door dasher to tears, bringing on severe anxiety as they yelled at her, snatched her order away, and literally threw her order at her back when she finally turned away feeling helpless and disrespected. When I walked in, the guy at the counter was clearly agitated by the dasher asking him questions and lack of understanding. Clearly English was not her first language, but he showed absolutely no patience with her what so ever. A gentleman walked in after me, and he immediately rushed to help him and by passed me as if I was never standing there. Not once asking, can I help you. (It seems as though they were friends). Meanwhile the dasher says that she is missing a second order. His response is that he doesn't know anything about DoorDash, so she'll have to figure it out on her own. Since I was being ignored, I went ahead and asked about my online order, and he states that I have to do something at the register in a very short tone, which I've never had to do before. At some point the dashers second order must have came in, and they inform her that she needs to tell the customer that they are out of iced coffee, and that's when everything hit the fan. Again, there is clearly a language barrier. The dasher is trying to make sense of things asking questions to be able to proceed. The guy at the counter becomes more and more aggressive to the point where he begins to walk away from behind the counter in her direction to confront her while treating the older lady dasher. The manager steps in and says, "first of all that's a lady", and stops him. You would think she knew how to De escalate the situation, but it turns out that she is just as bad as her co worker. She begins yelling at the dasher. Then says, "you know what" , and snatches the food away and tells her to get out. This whole time her and the counter guy are yelling at the dasher continuously telling her to get out. This is all happening in front of customers mind you. The older lady dasher now feels completely disrespected and shoves a way the empty drink cardboard across the counter and walks away. The manager then takes the bag of food and throws it at the dasher hitting her on her back. The dasher threatens to call the police, and they respond with call the police, I love to see a white person go to jail, we have it all on camera etc. The dasher looks to me for help, and the counter guy say, she can't help you, she's eating. She remained in the store trying to catch her breath after mentioning she has heart problems in silence. The counter guy continues to antagonize her until I decide to walk her out of the restaurant. I literally never seen anything like this before. This is someone's mother. You have a mother. How would you feel if two people ganged up on her in such a fashion? The mistreatment and lack of patience for someone trying to make a honest living with a language barrier was so heart breaking to watch. I looked at him and said, "wow". He literally could care less. To see him cock his chest out with pride about to walk away from behind the counter to get up in this older lady's face showed a complete lack of good upbringing. I wish there was a real man there to get in his face the way he deserves. He has no respect for women, and the manager only backed him up. They both should definitely be fired and never placed in a customer service position ever again. They are definitely in the wrong field of work. Maybe tag team wrestlers would suit them better. I don't care to return to this location ever again. And yes, do check the camera

Went to burger for the 10 meal deal. Waited at the box for almost 10mins, just to hear go ahead with your order No sorry for the wait. Placed order which should have included fries got to window total was 10.51. No ice in one of my drinks I didn't not say no ice. No fries in bag. Asked the kids at window where my fries was she said it didn't include and I paid an extra 6.00 for two small fries I wasn't a refund for all my food it was nasty. And the attitude of the kids with no proper supervision is very telling of the work ethic and food quality. Called the store at 11:40 pm of course no one answered. Will be sending a formal complaint and requesting a full refund.

The wait is extremely long no matter what time you come in and the staff is extremely rude and they are always messing up your order and sometimes the chicken or meat is undercooked and you can't even bite into it ...please stir clear of this burger king ..it has been a dissatisfaction every time I give them a chance .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DON'T EAT HERE (250 Monument Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225)!!! If I could give 0 stars or better yet negative 5 stars I would just BC of the their attitudes. I used an app on my phone to get a free Impossible burger with $3 purchase, but it says "free Whopper or Impossible Whopper", when I pulled up to the intercom I know I specifically asked for the "...Impossible burger." Then when I get to the window I ask the guy, "is it an impossible burger?" and instead of saying IDK or I don't remember he says "Yep". So I believe him and drive off but it wasn't what I ordered at all. It was a Whopper. I spoke to a young woman who says she's the manager but she seemed too young, totally had an attitude & uninterested in what I was telling her, and she could only offer another burger. So buyer beware, just BC these people are getting paid more doesn't make them want to do a better job or like their job. This is the worst customer service I've experienced so far, I probably won't be coming back to this location and it may have ruined my enjoyment of BK's Impossible burger, which is literally the only reason I've even started back eating at BK. Their regular burgers usually make me sick to my stomach for some reason.

Let's start with the customer service, The stated good a the drive thru or so I thought, I ordered a whopper meal no mayo, with onion rings and a sprite. What did I get a whopper with mayo and a coke/Pepsi...Please explain how you can mess up such a simple order. Nothing like scraping mayo off a burger! I can't imagine what it's like inside and the girl attending the drive thru acted as of I was bothering her by being there. I said thank etc. and received nothing back from her in return. I guess common courtesy was lost on her as well as her manners.

This is one of the worst fast-food chains I've ever been to, and I will never return! There wasn't a clean table and there were plenty to choose from. We had to wait for the girl at the register to finish taking orders to come clean one because that was also her job. My onion rings were burned, so I had them remake them. They were burned the second time too. The manager popped an attitude with me stating, "These still are good enough for you?!" I wanted to tell her if they'd just change the dirty oil everything would cook (and taste) fine, but I kept my mouth shut and instead asked for a refund. This prompted another attitude outburst from her; there was no denying I had completely pissed her off. Everyone else in the restaurant heard it also. As we were eating, I overheard the manager asking who wanted to go home because there were too many people working. WTF? She didn't even have enough people to keep the eating area of the restaurant clean, but she's sending people home?! Overall this was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Avoid!

The Cashier was very nice and helpful to me this morning. I like this Burger King much better than the one near my house(MERRILL Road). My breakfast bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant was excellent. I had water for my drink. All of the employees seemed to be happy and to be working in unison together. Some of the tables needed to be wiped down, but I had an enjoyable visit here this morning.

I ordered a meal with a drink. When I got home I took a sip of the drink. Someone accidentally gave me the wrong drink. The drink they gave me had alcohol in it. There's some nasty people working at this location. Long wait and the orders are always messed up. The owner need to drain this swamp.
