We rented a van from Carls for our yearly girls trip at the beach. We picked up the van at the Jacksonville airport as all the girls began arriving, with no troubles at all. It made our weekend so easy to have one vehicle for all of us. We were pleased with their employee who set up our rental info, very friendly! And the van was very clean, compared to other rental companies. We will definitely be using Carl's again this year!

terrible customer service they will charge you for days you didnt use their stuff. they are thieves and the manager doesn't care about customer service, avoid at all costs unless you want to find hidden fees taken out from security deposits manager refused to see pictures i took to show i returned my van in time he took his employees word for it and then lied to me and told me he was there when i was when they were closed. no one was there! i have pictures to prove and will never use them again. i should have known my first time into the facility that they were a joke when he jumped down another customers throats and talked to them like they were a child in front of other customers.

Carl's Van is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!! Me and my family recently rented a vehicle from them and paid the extra charge of $100.00 "they call it a convienence charge" to have it available at the airport. We returned it to the airport in pristine condition. Later we recieved a bill for $350.00. They claimed that we dented the van which I know for a fact we did not. They sent me pictures to "prove" that we smashed it, basically calling me a liar. I don't know if it got smashed in the airport parking lot or they sent me a picture of another smashed vehicle but either way this family owned business is staffed by crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. There are plenty of reputable dealers that will handle your business with respect and good customer service. Go elsewhere!

Do not use Carl's Van Rentals! We used them for a weekend van rental and after we returned it, they charged my debit card $100 for a pet fee, claiming there was dog hair in the van. We never had a dog or any pet in the van during our trip. They would not send us pictures of the hair they claimed they saw and we were out $100.

Couldn't be happier with the Jeep rental. Chelsea was great throughout the whole renting experience. Jeep was picked up and dropped off at Jacksonville airport without any problems and very convenient. They gave my wife an awesome price for the rental. Their customer service was extremely satisfactory. Highly recommend them.

My family and I just got back from our vacation and had a wonderful experience with Carls Van Rentals! Upon arriving we got to the place where we originally had reserved our van at to find out they gave it away to someone else. They had no other van's available and we were told we would have to get 2 cars. I then found Carls online and gave them a call. They were already closed for the day but after explaining our situation to the manager he agreed to come back in the office to help our family out. He not only came back in to work but then drove out to pick us up at the airport over 30 minutes away from their office to get us! Talk about great customer service! The van was not brand new but was very clean and in great condition. The price we paid was even cheaper than what we would have been paying at the other company. Overall Carls Van Rentals saved our vacation and we will be going back to them next year when we visit again. They have a great staff and I can not thank them enough.
