I just moved into this neighborhood and I just applied to this store which is so crazy because I need a job bad but after this I am not interested in working at this store went to this store on 7/31 6:08 pm. a dyke was behind the counter and a caucasian female. the caucasian female cashed us out at her register and the dyke tried to stop her my boyfriend asked for a pack of blunts but due to me working in convenience and my sisters over the years i know the rules so when he asked me what blunts to get because the blunts we normally get were out of stock i told him "dont ask me because i dont have my id" and i walked away because i was on a phone call at the time anyway so he turned around continued his purchase and told her what to get instead in the midst of her ringing us out the dyke made a comment towards the other employee speaking aggresive saying "WHAT U DOING DONT RING THEM UP FOR THAT" so i walked up to hear what was going on and i told both cashiers that i never said anything when he asked me what to get instead of our usual. So the dyke continues to say "IT DONT MATTER HE STILL ASKED YOU" so i said stfu for i slap the sh*t out of you" she continued to argue with me and so i told her to "come outside" she didnt she kept talking and as i exited the store she continued to say stuff about my forehead being big and etc. My boyfriend didnt say one word to neither cashier the whole time it was me arguing he's not the confrontational type. So mind you I called the store 11 times to report what happened could not get through and then today 8/1 i spoke to a manager in the morning and he told me techinacally we should be banned! he never said YALL are banned he said techinally due to me telling her to come outside i should be banned but he never stated you are banned to me on the phone. Eventually i asked the manager so you train them to talk to customers any kind of way? I said i feel as though she was already having a bad day her actions and attitude is what led me to having to explode on her and curse her out. At the end of the day the customer is always right this is our only neighborhood store... so around 8 pm my boyfriend went into the store the same dyke was working by herself tonight she let him get all the way to the counter then proceeded to say "are you the boy that came in here with that girl yesterday?" he told the truth and said yes and he came walking back out saying he is not allowed so atp i walked 23 minutes to a shell gas station because my car is down and i am pissed because he did not say one word or threat "I DID" it was me only me so why is he banned? quote on quote or is she lying? bc like i said the manager said techinally you should be banned bc i told her to "come outside" and i could retaliate on the employee at any time but he never said maam you are banned the only thing the manager said was "she has been talked to" obv if the situation happened yesterday why is she still employeed and im banned if im banned she needs to be fired. I will be going to corporate do not go here I informed the manager of reviews on google saying the managers and employees were rude at this location as well and he tried to say ohhh those reviews are old most of them are but some are not. you cant delete google reviews unless the arthur does themselves. this is a low down store that you cant even be comfortable in soon as we walked in our first time that all of this occured we had to be followed around the store by a man trying to sell us vapes. the dyke who was arguing with me had a whole line of customers she should have been attending to and not my business. the manager also tried to justify the way she speaks as not rude. it dont matter if you learned that... that is how she speaks in general if yall trained them on every thing else train them on respect and how to keep their mouths closed and train them to know the customer is always right and i know any job i have ever worked at the customer is always right. nothing should have been said back to me period.
