Is it amazing? No. Does it attract some sketchy characters? Yes. Is there always a 'Do Not Disturb' sign available? No. But... The service is good, the rooms are kind of clean, the air works, and it's quiet! Those last two points are incredibly important. Immense value based on price and location. As far as location goes, it's a great spot for poker because you're between BestBet Jax and BestBet Orange Park. See you at the tables. :)

If I could give this hotel, 0 stars. I would. We came here for work. I've stayed at a Country Inn before, in Mississippi. But this location, seemed like they could give 2 shits about anything. First off. The elevator is a year past due for inspection. My husband and I were extremely sketched out & since we were on the 3rd floor, we had no other choice. The towels, had a yellow hue to the typical "white colored towels". It was absolutely disgusting. I throw any of my towels away, at home, if they're somewhat discolored. Or use them for other necessities, like cleaning my floor or drying my car w/ it. But they expect us to use it on our face/bodies. Also, they only left us one bath towel for 2 people. Lol. The bedsheets/pillow cover. Had blood stains & cigarettes burns on them. The bed itself, had the smell of mildew. The color of the carpet, inside the room and hallways, don't even get me started. There's no plugs near the bed. Luckily, we have the 12ft apple charger. Otherwise, You're phone/electronic devices won't be at "arms length". Dust, everywhere. The lamps all have rust on them, the bathtub as well. I'd steer away from this hotel.

Overall a very good stay !! Clean room ! Comfy bed Tucked away from everybody but close enough where you don't feel overwhelmed by the traffic here Would definitely stay here again

Word to the wise: Do NOT stay here! If you don't believe me, find out for yourself and not say you weren't warned--very sketchy people. Dirty with copious stains on the rugs, non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes, flat-screen TV melted on the side, remote was never disinfected... I could go on and on. The WORST PART: my husband found a crack pipe and baggie under our mattress! We couldn't believe it! How did he find it? Our room was SO dirty. He was looking under our bed for bedbugs. Unbelievable. We left immediately, got our money back (the front desk receptionist seemed unphased about it), and went across to sleep at The Marriot. I would have paid ANY price at another hotel just to get out of there.

We get a suite so one can stay up later while the other goes to bed early. Love the two bathrooms! Tea and coffee available in the room. The rooms were large and quiet; check-in was fast and easy. No phone or IPAD charge outlets but several electronic outlets were available . Comfortable bed. Breakfast consisted of waffles, apples, oranges, toast, tea, coffee, and a few juices. We grabbed coffee and headed to Tampa.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. Room had a layer of dust everywhere, bathtub was BLACK, AC vent in bathroom had an inch of dust. Corporate doesn't care, front desk doesn't care, one housekeeping person doesn't care (she was on her cell phone, not working). So many other nice places to stay, avoid this place. Rate are double on Friday and Saturday, why pay $300 per night for a dirty room? WISH I COULD HAVE SELECTED ZERO STARS

Maid staff did not clean bathroom well. We checked in after midnight. Too tired to notice until next morning. Hotel would only refund half the amount of the room.

The people are nice. Everyone has been great. There's just so many marks I can take before I have to just post about how negative. The hotel has potential it's an old Hampton but housekeeping sucks. They're nice and sweet and I love that they speak English but I don't know if it was people before them or other people on their team or what but I can't handle all the dirty, dingy, stained up towels - that do not have a fresh smell even though I know they're fresh because they were warm. No bathmat in my bathroom. It took four hours to get towels. Some of the cleaning. bottom of the mirror is disgusting I don't even know what it is. The shower knob has got some kind of goop on it. There's mold on the bathroom wall beside the handle. The microwave has not been cleaned properly. The refrigerator doesn't keep things cold. Other than that the bed is nicely made even though they left feathers in my room but I think that's because she had to change rooms because the key wouldn't work to the other room after a couple tries. Lynn was very sweet at the front desk. Ashley seemed like a really nice girl. She did housekeeping. There were several others I met and interacted with but I didn't get their names. The room smells clean. The carpet looks pretty clean. Like I said, they have potential to be better they just need to get more help obviously I'm sorry I didn't take negative pictures but I just didn't feel the need to do it.

I have stayed in this hotel for the last three weekends each week can I come visit my kids for visitation and I have found Darren and Pamela to be exceptionally sweet and welcoming seems like every weekend they have a pizza party I'm not sure who pays for it but this is probably why the entire staff seems to be so happy and welcoming

Worst service I have ever experienced. The front desk attendant, Angela, was less than thrilled to check us in and showed it. With her multiple complaints and gripes along the way, I have never been made to feel like such an inconvenience. Then to be told well one system is telling me your room is clean the other is saying dirty. I still tried to remain pleasant as it wasn't her fault and was met with eye rolls and a negative attitude each time. Ended up thanking her for her positivity along the way. The front desk sets the tone for the whole experience and so far it has been set with the most condescending person wearing a Jesus lanyard that takes joy in belittling others. 10/10 would not recommend.
