If yelp would allow 10 stars, then that would be definitely what I would give because of the outstanding customer service received from Tori!!! Her commitment and uplifting spirit truly begins the day off right. Management needs to recognize her for her ability to place the customers first and doing it with a smile!

Genuinely the slowest service I've ever received, I understand everyone needs access to employment opportunities but when it takes 25 minutes of my 40 minute lunch break to get just some damn chicken tenders you need to reassess who you have behind the counter. When I asked for an update on my tenders I was treated like I'm the asshole for wondering why it's taking so long to simply fry some chicken. I do not recommend coming here unless you absolutely have too like I had to today. I actually had to come back and edit this review because on the way out the man working behind the counter on 10/25 around 2:40 PM wanted to laugh at the fact that I was upset that it took so long and when I had a problem with this he decided to loudly misgender me and escalate the situation. Truly despicable seeing daily's, a once respected business, fall down because of poor hiring choices.

I'm a uber driver, of course I stop here for fuel and bathroom break. I did not have a good experience this morning. I inquired about toilet seat covers from the employees, and they appeared to think I was peculiar for asking. It's not inappropriate to request a product that is always available in a restaurant or convenient store. It would be great and very beneficial to cover toilet seats in all restrooms. There are already too many germs. Everyone is not clean, so the least you can do is have toilet seat covers in the restrooms, especially for women. I'm not sure if anyone else is bothered by it, but it's crucial to have in any business restaurant or similar establishment.

If you know me I'm a Daily's Dash coffee guy; it got me off my Starbucks addiction. When I was living in Jacksonville I use to stop by a Daily's everyday to grab a large coffee on the way to work. Since I moved from Jax I've missed my daily Daily's coffee; so I had to stop by on when I as visiting. The location on the corner of Atlantic and King was on my way to work from my hotel, so I dropped in each day this week for coffee. Did not disappoint. The cashiers working each day have been very nice.

(1916 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, FL) I have been coming to this store for 2 years straight and 3 days out of the week because I do dialysis right next door. When I first started becoming a customer I was in a wheelchair and could barely move around. The employees were always so helpful and considerate, still are. In my process of getting better and being able to walk, while still doing dialysis, I started building relationships with the employees. Not personal. Anyway, recently I have been receiving the most disrespectful service from ANGELA. She has talked to me very condescending and raising her voice and being disrespectful to me over what seems to be misunderstandings about coffee and other pwttyy issues. I had NEVER in all of my time here experienced such nastiness and what seems to be racism. I have seen the way she talks and treats other black customers. I spend a lot of money in this store and even tip the ladies who make my food. I have always been polite and just come and go. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I would not talk to people this way. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. I hope they do something about this. If not I will continue to contact everyone I can about her.

Dailys was good in the past but on 5/2/24 at 10pm a rough, heavy weight, short female manager was rude and bitter when I'd purchased a soda. The employees here last year were classic, attractive and caring about the store. Recently there's been a more mixed, odd ball new group. I hope they'll re-hire at this location. I spent a lot of money here and now will shop elsewhere.

Downgrading a wee bit since my honeymoon phase with Daily's Dash has run its course. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan, just need to provide fellow Yelpers the strongest representation of this place. The gas station itself still lives up to the Daily's name. It's freakin' clean and the employees still say, "Welcome to Daily's" upon entering. Selection of beers has even improved over time, with more craft breweries joining the rotation. The loss of a star really comes from the deli. Now in my previous review, you'll read my praise about the deli, and how it truly is a hidden gem. It's not the best sandwich you'll ever have, but they are quite tasty. Lately, the sandwiches haven't lived up to what they previously were. I'm still obsessed with their pickles, you can even buy them by the jar! However, the sandwiches have been more on the good, not great level for the past few months. Other than that, the ticket times are so quick you can be in and out within ten minutes. Super affordable for a weekday lunch and it seems people of all walks of life order from here.

TO THE OLD KAREN EMPLOYEE HERE. I have been coming here for months with my partner to get everything we need from soda and snacks to nicotine and alcohol. We have never had any issues until tonight when you rejected my girlfriend buying nicotine and a four loko because I (19) was present. We have been shopping together FOR MONTHS like I stated, with the main employees recognizing us and knowing what we get. We checked out with Ms. Boomer Karen and she automatically gave us attitude and asked for my ID. When explained I never get ID'd and it's not for me, she said she didn't care and refused service. So we went to the car and planned to go somewhere else when a grown man bought some game wraps with an underage girl and wasn't ID'd nor her, nor rejected service like we were because he was with someone under 21. She was standing there the whole time Boomer was being a karen. So we went back in and asked why we got denied but the dude with the minor didn't even get ID'd. The young worker then explained it was because he was a grown man. Like my 22 year old partner isn't. Make it make sense. So we realized the workers were picking and choosing and just chose to discriminate us because 2 queer people wanted to purchase their usual items LIKE EVERY SINGLE WEEK. So I asked the worker if I stepped out, could my partner buy her things. She said yes even though NOBODY has ever made me go through this entire situation before. I had to wait out in the car which I don't like doing because we had a man attempt to carjack us in the parking lot one time. Every other worker there is super sweet to us, especially the main girl we see with long brown hair.

Got to update again. This gas station needs to get it together-it is usually out of gas and different machines are out of order. Today and tried to pump gas at two different stations and both were out (no sign, just out), purchased a car wash but the service is out of order, tried to vacuum out my car and it would not accept payment, and the the tire pressure machine kept saying error. So annoying and not worth the hassle of going here, even though it's super convenient to my home.

The guy that works overnight between 1am-5 or 6 am is super lazy and took 25 mins to cash me out. This is un acceptable.
