Ordered 10 Bone-in Lemon Pepper Wings all flats, extra wet fried x2. Soft lighting ,great music playing . Seasoned good to perfection and fast friendly service. Dicks thank you, you got it going on.

I stopped by Dick's Wings and Grill on Yellow Bluff because it's close to where I live and I wanted to pick up some wings for the family. But as soon as I walked in, I noticed a strong burnt or smoky smell that made the place feel a bit off. The floors were quite sticky, and overall the space didn't seem as clean or well-kept as I expected. I didn't stay to order -- I just didn't feel comfortable moving forward with food after that first impression. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, so I can't say much about service, but the atmosphere alone was enough for me to decide to go elsewhere. If you're in the area and craving wings, there are some great options in local grocery stores that I personally prefer -- cleaner, fresher, and more inviting overall.

I ordered my wife some blackened boneless wings from Dick's tonight and this is what I got. Talk about a rip off. I paid over $15 for this??? I will never be going back to this place, I've had bad experience in the past but decided to give them another chance, and was disappointed again. Also, there was like no sauce on them, tasted dry and plain.

Where do I begin?? Waited forever for drinks.. it was super empty inside. Kids asked for burgers all the way and received them with just cheese, to which the waiter replied "yea, they ARE well done".... All the way means lettuce, tomato, onion as listed on their menu..... side of broccoli was freezer BURNT. Husband's "great balls of fire" wings that he ordered extra wet came out as plain wings with some weird sauce on the side. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio, to which I was charged a "double" Pinot Grigio for $18 a pop, while my husband's TOP SHELF whiskey double was $2 cheaper.... When I asked how my wine was cheaper than a double Crowne, I was advised that corporate sets the prices in the POS system. ABSURD. Wouldn't go back if I was paid to

gross, I asked for crispy mild buffalo wings. I got wings that were somehow black and with rubbery skin. I don't know how they can screw up buffalo sauce but it looked like oil with a few drops of tobasco. They tried telling me the styrofoam was to blame for the rubbery skin as if it was the first time in 67 years that I've bought wings in styrofoam. Avoid at all costs

I've had fantastic bone-in and boneless wings from a few other Dick's Wings locations. I'm so glad that this location is only about 5 minutes down the road from my house! I've picked up wings from here a couple times already and I see many delicious meals from Dick's in my future. My favorite sauces include: FL/GA Lime, Pirate Sauce and Cajun Ranch. The staff here are friendly and attentive. The sauce flavors and wings are top notch!

Food was not good! First of all when you order to go they force you to give a 15% tip. Now let's get to the food. Every time I get wings at this location they are always wrong. My wings are always over cooked (as they were today) and the seasoning (there was no seasoning) was off. I really like Dick's wings it's just that this location is really not good! When I'm visiting my family who live closer to this location I usually have to order a flavor of wings that I don't like if I want my wings to resemble a hot wing. Anytime I want to order another one of their flavors beside lemon pepper and Cajun it's a nightmare. Also, the servers behave as though the celery and dressings are coming out of their paychecks. You order 30 wings and they will literally give you 2 dressings and 3 celery sticks unless you ask for more. When I walked in today it stank in the lobby where you wait for your food. The food at Dick's is quite expensive, which should mean quality food but this location just can't seem to get it right. I'm always disappointed. Keep giving them chances because my fam likes the lemon pepper wings. I don't! I prefer gold rush or victory lane but each time I order I get plain dry wings with no sauce. And the wait staff in here always kinda roll their eyes and sigh when you come in like they're annoyed that you're there. I'm just going to give up on this location and give my business to the one on Atlantic and St John's Bluff. Better atmosphere, consistently good food, and nicer wait staff.

What in the world happened to the cajun ranch wings, this chicken was horrible, I asked for crispy wings, and I got the opposite. This was bingo night. chicken wasn't deep fried, maybe it was oven baked, or maybe air fried

Outside of the wings, the food was horrible. The Plain Ol' chicken sandwich is a chicken tender on soggy toast. I was charged 99 cents to have the chicken shaken in a sauce and had to ask twice just to get the sauce on the side. The fried pickles were cooked in dirty grease, they were soggy and you could taste the grease that pooled in the bottom of the liner. The fries were also soggy and tasted like dirty grease. The silver lining was that the server did remove the fried pickles and waffle fries from the bill.

Since the restaurant was on our path home, we decided to order online and pick up. Got home and opened the order. Ordered 20 wings extra crispy... NOT extra crispy at all. Had to come home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. 10 boneless wings were good but sitting in a pool of grease. 5 wings teriyaki. Son said they were good. 2 sides of fries @ $4.99 a piece. Opened the box marked 2x fries and it was less than half full. Called and spoke with a server who apologized and said she would get manager. Apparently manager was too busy to come to the phone so she told the server to tell me they weigh their portions and they were properly portioned for 2x's. For $10, I expect more than half a box of fries. They said I could come up and pick up more but I live too far away to drive for fries that should have been in the box in the first place. Server on the phone was kind but management could use some customer service skills for sure!! Portions are VERY small for price. Won't be back until under new management!
