I wanted to stay here for a couple of more days! it has a little kitchen area and a door separates living room to the bed room. That makes the stay more comfortable in my opinion. they have complimentary breakfast every day and free big parking lot. I will chose this hotel for the next stay!

The hotel is a nice property but dated. Management the weekend we stayed was completely overwhelmed by a youth group that was staying here. Elevators floors and all lobby floors were sticky and dirty. If management is going to make this cash-grab they should be prepared to up-staff the event. Would I stay here again, probably not. I would prefer a business hotel where there is little chance of it being used for this purpose. In the end - we checked out a day early and cut our trip short just not to endure another day at this hotel.

Not sure why the low ratings. My 3 night experience was delightful. Happy hour service while a bit slow because of the long line was friendly. Basic tap beers and house drinks - 2 per person. The snacks were 2 star: stale tortilla chips, goldfish, and nut mix: very uninteresting. But gosh, what should one expect for free? Service and attention checking in was good as was the breakfast Buffett and offerings. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I appreciate being able to control the heat and cooling. Tip: eat at the 4 Rivers Smokehouse next door! Excellent food. Enjoy!

Rude front desk and rude worker won't tell me where the hotel room is at and don't even point me in the right direction. I'll never come to this hotel again and never tell anybody else that goes to this hotel unless they're rich snobs to go try it out!

This is hotel to go to when looking for a nice spacious room. The rooms are always clean. The pool has a strong chlorine smell. The buffet breakfast is unlike regular hotel breakfast. It is an all around great hotel.

Great stay, great staff! The staff was amazing! Room was clean on arrival after attentive check in by Patrick at the front desk. Maria in Housekeeping provided unbelievable stayover service, organizing my clutter with nice touches. Loved the extra towels provided in the room. Exercise room was clean, well appointed, and everything worked, as it should. Did not use the pool, was looking for an adult hour or two. Great Happy Hour drinks each evening and the restaurant had a new menu. Try the Snapper or Seafood Broil. Sharon provided attentive service. Will be back when in Jacksonville!

Giving 5 stars because of Ms Green. I'll share further details about our stay below: * For Breakfast, Ms Green from Virginia was incredibly accommodating with my food allergies. She uses a fresh pan and fresh spatula with no oil to make my eggs and even offered boiled eggs to give me an additional safe option. So so kind. She made sweet conversation and asked me how my trip was going 12/10. * When you enter the lobby you see a beautiful, big atrium with lots of flowers and a water fountain. Lots of seating. Music played quietly in the background. And an area that occasionally has a fire going (like a super modern fire place/fire pit). 4 sets of elevators. When we arrived, 3 were out of order but within a few hours they were all back up and running again. * Each of the rooms looks (from the outside) as an office you're about to enter. Or small condo. Brick walls inside. Likely for fire safety. * When you enter the suites, you have a pull out couch and a tv. There's also a small sink, small micro sized mini fridge and a small single cup coffee maker. The bathroom has a large mirror and a silent fan. The tub is quite small. A puddle outside would've been deeper and wider. That said, the hot water was consistent and long lasting. * The bedroom is behind a closed door and offered two double beds (just slightly smaller dimensions than queen beds) and a large tv and a desk (it was broken and couldn't be sat at, but there was a rolling chair). And a medium sized window facing the parking lot. * The beds were incredibly comfortable but the pull out bed from the couch was very much dated and broken. When someone laid on it they would be pulled into the center of the bed and the sides would come up. It was not the most nice experience sleeping on it. But it was nice to that they would typically offer that 3rd bed. * The sheets and blanket in the packet in the closet for the pull out bed were dirty and had food crusted on them, so I just put them in the floor in the corner so housekeeping could see they needed to be changed and switched into long pants and a sweatshirt to make it though the night. * The pull out bed would re enter the couch after having been pulled out. It took 3 adults fighting with it to get it unstuck. The joints or hinges were really rusted and it was incredibly difficult to manage. After several minutes of fighting with it we just left it out to deal with later and eventually a few hours later got it to work. * The amenities in the bathroom advertise a nice brand of shampoo conditioner and body gel soap. Unfortunately they were not filled up after the last guest so when I got in and took a shower to refresh before heading to dinner there was no shampoo. They front desk was kind enough to offer to bring a bottle of shampoo up a few hours later. * Parking was convenient as it's all super close to the building. * Noticed the hotel is pet friendly and loved that aspect. It was nice seeing well-behaved dogs around on leashes. * Loved how close it was to the interstate. * The dinner restaurant called Chelsea's was advertised to be open till 10pm on many signs in the hotel and on google and on the hotel website; however when we headed down there for a large bite to eat we were told by the staff they were closed and that their hours vary from what's posted. According to them on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays they close at 9pm. A bit disappointing but nothing that can be done about that except update signs. * Again beds were comfortable (the real beds) and the front desk was nice. Only real complaint was the constant smell of marijuana everywhere. We were in town to celebrate Mother's Day and it was just a bothersome facet of the stay that everyone was smoking weed and the fragrance of it was filling up the elevators and hallways. * The atrium area was beautiful and was filled with many seats to be able to enjoy your breakfast at. Very grateful for the food allergy accommodations for breakfast and the varied offerings. * There's an indoor pool and hot tub open from 8am-11pm and a small indoor gym. Both nice areas. Hot tub was out of service and couldn't be used, but the pool appeared nice. * Several conference rooms and several business professionals traveling so I assume this is a great place for remote workers or individuals that travel for work a lot. * Loved all of the greenery inside and appreciated the landscaping. Very pretty flowers and palm trees. About 40 minutes from Crescent Beach (leashed dog friendly) and anytime we interacted with the front desk they were polite. * We were able to get early check in and late check out which really made the difference for us.

It's an Embassy Suites. Pretty much know what you getting. This one was nondescript and solidly average. Could use a refresh for sure. Our room was in a separate tower from the main building and at the far end of the hall. It was hot while we were there and the air conditioning did not cool the room. To make the bedroom cooler I had to block off all the other vents and it only was marginally successful. Still sweltering. I'm not sure the main building had the same issue but it was enough for me to rule this place out entirely for future stays. There are better options.

Yes, there is a coffee maker. No, there are NO coffee cups in the room. :-( The Embassy standards have really gone down, I am convinced. Our last stay at their sister hotel in San Marcos was a disaster. This hotel was likewise. We are a Hilton Honors member, no water in the room, crappy view from floor two onto a roof. We vowed to never stay at an Embassy Suites again after our last experience in San Marcos. This stay came as a pre-cruise room, so we didn't pay. We will reach out to the cruise line about our dissatisfaction.
