After an emergency with my vehicle, I booked a vehicle online and even spoke with the Enterprise agent online to schedule a pick up. 45 minutes later and 15 minutes before I am scheduled to be picked up, I get a call that they have no vehicles available and nothing to offer me on a Saturday afternoon. We call back the people who helped with scheduling and told them what happened and then they say you have to schedule pick up 2 hours ahead of time and then tried to schedule another rental with this same location that said they had no vehicles for me. Horrible communication and experience.

Wonderful experience!! I never thought I'd actually enjoy having to rent a car. It had always been such a hassle. This must be an exceptional location because both the lady and gentlemen at the desk handled both of my rentals with ease. Clean cars, knowledgeable reps, simple and fast procedures and friendly faces. I highly recommend them.

Terrible location. I had a really difficult time here where I was told different things by various employees. I did not appreciate the service at all at this location and ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. I do not recommend.

I had fantastic service with everyone that I have worked with here. I had a vehicle that touch screen didn't work and I let them know about it and we just couldn't make it work to have it switched out before my rental was up so they gave me a day off my rental. I was very appreciative of this gesture.

The people are pretty nice here but their timing and planning could use some serious work. We always have to pick up a rental at 730 when they open so my husband can get to work. I used to work at enterprise so I understand you have to run your fleet tight and you have to wing it most of the time, hoping you get in what you need. But for these opening reservations, you see that they are there the day before... you HAVE to have those cars ready to go. They usually either don't have the size we reserved, don't have it ready, etc. not having it ready is no excuse at all. You get in early that morning and clean it up before we get here or you clean it and have it ready the night before. It's not that hard to look at the rentals you have the next day to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

I've been using enterprise for many years. Now you can't even take a 3 day trip without having to rent a car for a whole week. I know it's not this locations fault it's Enterprise in total. I've rented luxury cars every time I've rented but I refuse to have to pay nearly $1000 for 3 days of use. Bad move Enterprise and no, I do NOT want to rent a compact.

I have been renting for over three decades from all the major rental car companies. Hands down the worst service ever. Over a hour to get my car, this with having scheduled the original time a week in advance. Do yourself a favor and rent with any other company.
