The Toyota Camry I was given to rent was DIRTY ! The outside has white water spots and dust . The inside of the was was decent , but you can tell that the outside of the car was NOT washed at ALL. And the inside of the car was probably quickly wiped down. I was in a hurry , due to having to be somewhere within the that next hour, so I didn't have time to make Enterprise wash the car before I drove off. But I won't let that slide again. I keep my own personal car CLEAN, I don't like riding in cars that don't look polished and nice. On a positive note , the guy helping me had a pleasant personality and good customer service and he was quick/efficient. I think his name was Logan. But the Enterprise car-washers need to do a BETTER job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient location located inside the Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat dealership. The staff is very friendly and very helpful as long as you are patient. They have a very limited supply of vehicles at this location so walk in take a little longer to accommodate. The location is small and located in the main lobby of the dealership. They accommodate rental reimbursements if set up through the dealership as well. The car selection is usually pretty good as well and I have only ever had one bad car selection. The only reason I'm giving only a 4-Star rating is the small amount of rentals kept on Hand at this location.

Booked a full size car with this location - when arrived for pickup, there were no cars available at all. Ended up getting stuck with a mini van. (Not a good look for my clients I had to pick up.) Very disappointed with enterprise for this experience, and that is the company I always chose.

The team at this location goes above and beyond with customer service. They always pick you up, have clean cars and do their best even when it's really busy. The branch opens at 7:30 am so if your in a rush this is helpful.
