We booked this location through our credit card. In none of the photos does it show that this is an exterior door room. We checked in, went to our room and walked right back out the door. I would not recommend. I called within an hour and told the front desk we would not be back. She stated we would be checked out the next morning. We lost our money and they would not work with our credit card company for even a partial refund. That was fine as I would not have slept a minute in this sketchy place. There were no amenities, not even a hair dryer. The room smelled of chemicals and the bathtub had an odd look to it. The websites states there is a continental breakfast that we were told was not available upon check in. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. Total bait and switch!

Web site indicated breakfast provided which was one of the reasons I chose this place No breakfast, no coffee, no hairdryer and very skimpy towels. No hand towel. Only a bath towel about the size of a hand towel. Shower head needs a good cleaning or replacement. Toilet seat loose and rust on the tub. wouLF not stay here again. No trash pick up and if you want clean towels, gotta go to the front desk.

They don't deserve five stars they deserve 10. The front staff is nice. I literally felt like I was at Walt Disney World. That's how my nice the staff to talk to me and they're smart if you want an extra towel or something they do a one for one swap, which is really smart because then you don't have to worry about people stealing towels or bedding, and that keeps prices low. If you have a door dash they are nice enough to put in your room so no one take it's.

Probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in and I wish I checked Yelp before booking through Hotels.com based on the reviews on here. The room felt humid and gross, and the door seemed to not latch fully closed. We could also hear the room next door's television all night - thin walls. The only redeeming factors were that the people at the front desk were helpful and the location was pretty central to a lot in the area. However, I still wouldn't pay around $100 for this room again and I hope they can make some changes to help the rooms feel cleaner, safer, and more comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting. There was a woman's top left behind the night stand, we wouldn't walk on the floors without having shoes on. It's just so gross. The area is super nice near the town center but this particular hotel is not at all a good place to be. The constant weed smell, yelling outside on the weekend etc. I can't stress how nasty this place is. The only nice thing was some of the staff.

UPDATE- I am 100% sure that this place also has bed bugs- room 272 for sure. I am extremely sensitive to bed bug bites (had an encounter with them before) and what I thought were originally mosquito bites turned out to be bed bug bites (only affected exposed body parts while asleep, bites are in a linear pattern, bites are warm to the touch, blood stains on the white bedding from crushing the blood filled parasites, etc.). Luckily, I only stayed in the effected room for 2 nights but my left arm is covered in bed bug bites. Thanks for the trip to urgent care. I plan on calling their corporate number later.

Tried to check in at 7:30pm and the room was not ready. Went back at 10pm and finally was able to check in after waiting in a long line. Opened the door to the room and all you could smell was WEED and cigarettes in this smoke free hotel. I had to wait in line again to tell them to give me my money back. Luckily we found another place that was perfect but double the price. This place defines NASTY. Spend the extra money and be able to breath and sleep without the bugs.

We recently stayed at this horrid dump and it was the worst hotel we've ever visited. The exterior corridors look like an ashtray with hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere. Roach infested rooms, filthy bedding (beds not changed between checkouts) beer cans everywhere and hair all over the sheets and in the bathroom!! Gross place and the housekeepers and management should be fired immediately as they are an embarrassment to your chain. When we complained to the front desk, the clerk went around the corner and told the housekeeper what we found in our room and her reply was "Bullshit!" Both nights while walking to our car, we were approached to buy drugs. This place is a drug haven and a health department nightmare! I plan to contact the Duval County Sheriff's Dept and Dept of Health next. Never again.

I was "greeted" by a long haired guy with his mask pulled down under his chin. He screamed into the back for someone to come to the front desk. After about 10 minutes of standing there a disgruntled woman with no mask on... who was rather annoyed stated that even tho I called ahead to request an early check in that that was too bad cuz the room wasn't ready. She mumbled something under her breath and called me a "bitch" before she stormed off. Nice way to treat anyone trying to check in... this woman looked like she rolled out of bed after a long night of drinking. Now I see why your reviews are sooo bad! So when I did come back (cuz nothing else was available anywhere else) I walked in... again no one has a mask on. A woman walked in behind me and started Screaming at someone named AJ about how she was going to call corporate because no one had their mask on... the older woman and AJ screamed at the top of their lungs at eachother for at least 5 minutes before I told the girl checking me in to give me my card back. I thought they were going to become physically violent with eachother and AJ kept repeating that he didn't need a mask because he was asymptomatic. You lost a 3000 dollar sale. I was here as a travel nurse for a contract at Mayo. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. I didn't even get to the room but I can imagine from all the other reviews that I haven't missed anything other than bug bites and noise.
