I attended a memorial for a friend over the weekend and was very impressed with the chosen space. The location was great - close to highways but not so close that you would hear any noise. Parking around the chapel wasn't an issue, either. They have both a private lot and street parking. The staff were very kind and helpful, too! The inside space is intimate and perfect - I really enjoyed the lighting from the windows and the lights on the back wall were a great touch, too. They also have a beautiful courtyard as a reception space which allowed attendees to flow between indoors and out. Thank you for being fantastic and allowing us to honor our friend.

PART ONE: Let me start by saying that ALL IN ALL I did successfully get married here and it was a beautiful day that I won't forget. But as a bride, I feel like it's my duty to give an honest review for other brides evaluating venues. I toured this venue 16 months ago for my wedding. I fell in love with the actual space. It's very cute, quaint, and fit in our budget. We booked it that day. 1 - When we toured we were told that we would be able to schedule a rehearsal on the Thursday before our Saturday wedding for an extra $250 fee. We reached out to the venue several months before our wedding to schedule the rehearsal and pay the fee ($250) for the rehearsal time. We were told that we couldn't have a rehearsal on Thursday, or any other day that week. We tried to compromise and said if they have a different event booked for Thursday night maybe we can come Thursday morning to rehearse? We were told no. We asked if we can do any other day that same week, since ALL of our immediate family (people walking in the processional) live out of town and wouldn't be able to make a separate trip just to rehearse for the wedding, nor would it be effective to rehearse 7+ days out from the wedding because everyone would forget what to do by the time the wedding happened. Holly offered a random Tuesday like 2 weeks before the wedding. That's not going to work. We asked if we can come early on wedding day to rehearse in the morning (like 8 am before hair/makeup). Holly said no, not possible. WHY? It's not like there was another event booked. We tried everything but Holly only offered a random day when NONE of our family members would have been able to come. Because we didn't have a proper rehearsal in the space my friends, family, and hired coordinators were stressed out before the wedding trying to make sure sound worked, music was ready to go, and people walked at the right time with less than an hour before the ceremony was supposed to start. Our ceremony did not go to plan (because we weren't able to rehearse). Timing was off, we had to rewind our music several times because we hadn't walked in the space before, and it was so much more hectic than it needed to be. All of that could have been avoided if we had the time to rehearse, like we were told we could when we booked the venue. I don't even mind the extra fee for the rehearsal time, as long as we would have been able to actually rehearse BEFORE the actual wedding day I would've paid it no questions asked. 2 - The venue is NOT ADA-approved. There is a ramp at the back of the venue but the ramp is SO steep and several elderly family members felt safer risking the stairs at the front rather than climb the absolute mountain of a ramp at the back. Neither of the bathrooms have handicap-bars. 3 - A week before the wedding we were told that there would be a surprise $200 cleaning fee. We had already arranged for our caterers to remove trash, other vendors to come back and collect their things so I was confused on what the additional fee was for or why it would be necessary. Apparently the options were either pay the $200 cleaning fee or our friends and family would have to stay behind and clean the floors and bathrooms, including scrubbing the toilets and mopping. WTF. Is that not included in the thousands of dollars we've already paid for the venue? Are we going to be charged for the electricity we used as well? Water bill? Use of the facilities and not leaving stuff/trash makes sense to me as a normal expectation of renting a venue. Scrubbing the toilets is NOT a client's job just like it wouldn't be our job to replace light bulbs, mow the lawn, etc. That should be included in the upkeep of the venue done by the owners/managers, not the clients. AND this info should've been told to us WAYYYY before 1 week before the wedding. We have had the venue booked for 16 months, and fully paid for it. Surprise fees are NOT the vibe.

Attended a middle of the week wedding here. This is a very cute venue that is well taken care of. It is smaller so it is perfect for intimate events. The wedding was outside and the reception inside. But I loved the prettiness of the place. I would recommend it for those having a wedding with less than 75 guests. It's perfect for that. It has a small kitchen area for good preparation.

This is an amazing venue! It is filled with lots of charm inside and a beautiful courtyard/garden outside. Their photos on line don't do it justice. They are thousands less than any other venue in Jacksonville and they give you 10 hours for wedding and reception! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a great venue at an extremely reasonable price. Their staff is so nice and attentive to make your day memorable.

We help my brothers celebration of life at 5 points chapel last week and the venue was wonderful overall. the communication leading up to the event, and the ability to conduct virtual tours, was so great. When we arrived Saturday morning early before service the staff had already setup the tables outside for the repass with linens and inside was cleaned and in perfect condition for us to add our touches. Tent, food, and floral delivery all occurred with ease, as many of the vendors deliver here routinely. The chapel is a bright white inside with individual chairs for 75 maybe? maybe a bit more? I would definitely call it an intimate setting, same for the outside. I'm sure its beautiful at night with lights streaming - its a very pretty outdoor area. Everyone commented how beautiful the venue which was nice to hear. the location was easy to find, and right off the highway, yet off the beaten path as well. There was absolutely no traffic noise and no trouble finding parking. Yet so close to downtown many people were able to stay in local hotels and travel just moments to get here. Overall really wonderful chapel and very glad the funeral home recommended this as the location - it worked out perfectly.

I was just here for a wedding as a guest. Venue is beautiful and intimate! I really love the natural lighting inside the chapel. The bride and her bridesmaids were about an hour late, but no one felt rushed during the ceremony and afterward. The reception was somewhere else, but the outside area would have been really pretty also for events.

I had the pleasure of working with Alyssa and Holly to put on a baby shower here last year. The venue and staff are amazing and the gardens have really been transformed. Check out their Instagram page as they often post beautiful pics of happy couples and guests enjoying life's wonderful occasions. If I could, this would be a no-star. My daughter's wedding was booked here because the couple did not have much money. We booked (mom and daughter) in late Jun/July for a Dec wedding. The cost was $2500 for use of the chapel and all related gardens/parking. An additional $200 for rehearsal. Not a small amount. All of us desire perfection for our wedding, but when it is your daughter, you really want a wonderful, warm, inviting experience. That is what you see in Summer, viewing the Chapel with no people inside. Very small. Doesn't accomodate what they advertise. Bridal suite is not a suite, but a closet the size of a small bathroom. Only two people could fit in bride room. Certainly if it's a big dress, you cannot get dressed here. Tables and chairs setup on your own and mom/director is the "Gestapo" of all time! When I arrived as mom of the bride all happy, my daughter and guests were on the outside of the chapel and my daughter said the owner was "yelling at everyone.". I went inside and the mom/director of chapel was in fact UNWELCOMING, APPEARED STRESSED, INTERFERED IN EVERY CONVERSATION OF PLANNING, MEDDLED BY FOLLOWING EVERYONE AROUND WHO WENT OUTSIDE SO SHE COULD ACCUSE THEM OF DOING DRUGS, TOLD FUTURE SON-IN-LAW UPON FIRST TIME MEETING HIM AT REHEARSAL " IF HE WANTED TABLES HE HAD TO GET THEM HIMSELF," YET WHEN A TABLE WAS ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED, CAME RUNNING OVER AS IF MAJOR DAMAGE OCCURRED TO HER WOOD FLOORS! Dejected, I knew she was going to be a nightmare to work with for the wedding if she "was admittedly stressed," with 30 people, when the wedding had 100. This is such a cute venue, but doesn't accommodate larger groups, is not concerned with giving their client a seamless experience, only concerned with herself and accusing people who are legitimately happy and excited of doing drugs on her property! Even flickered the lights on us as we were outside saying goodbye! I guess Holly wanted us out of there! Professionals who were treated like hoodlums on the rehearsal for a wedding.
