This was my second time getting food from Flame Broiler but my first time at this specific location. Nonetheless, both experiences were great and the food was cooked perfectly. I tried the steak bulgolgi bowl with rice and veggies.

Food is always fresh and hot right off the grill. The veggies are crisp as well. Service is prompt and never takes long to get our food. It's just a regular fast food place but it's clean and neat.

I tried this for the first time Sunday and loved it. We ordered chicken bowls with the app and were served quickly. The grilled dark meat chicken was delicious with our choice of spices -- I had the new spicy Korean and my companion had hers brushed with magic sauce. The broccoli, carrots and cabbage were fresh and crisp. When they say spicy they mean spicy. My chicken's heat level was like the extra hot sauce at a wing place. I am still recovering 15 minutes later (so good).

I introduced my aunt to The Flame Broiler today and she is now a fan! I had been to several locations in the area before, but it has been a while. We arrived at 11 am on a Thursday, and we were the only people in there until probably 11:30 or 12, when the lunch crowd started coming in. I had looked at the menu ahead of time, so I knew I wanted to order the regular bowl with chicken, brown rice, and veggies. My aunt ordered the same thing, and I was able to use a $5 coupon I had towards our orders. By the time we had picked our drinks and were sitting down, they already had our orders out to the table for us. The bowls come loaded with rice, chicken, cabbage, carrots, and a little broccoli. We were able to sit by the window, eat our food, and catch up. It never got super crowded, and the staff tended to the restaurant and orders. We were happy with our meals and will come back soon.

I wanted to write this review to say 'thank you'. I started a new job near Phillips highway and I only have a 30 minute lunch. I accidentally forgot my lunch on my counter so I was stuck having to find takeout nearby. I was worried that the wait time for an online order would take a long time but it didn't. I place my order at 1:27 and my food was ready by 1:32 a total of 5 minutes. I have uploaded a copy of my receipt so you can see the time that I ordered and the time that I picked up my food. As I placed my order, I got in my car and by the time I reached Flame Broiler my food was ready. I only used less than 10 minutes getting in my car and grabbing my lunch and I am able to enjoy the remaining 20 minutes to eat and relax. The food was delicious and fast! I'm very appreciative. I got a half chicken and half steak bowl over white rice and added their "magic sauce". I highly recommend Flame Broiler!

Customer was service great, and food came out very fast. It's unfortunate that my food was made incorrectly, and I did not realize it until I got home. I ordered the chicken bowl (regular) with white rice and veggies, but was given brown rice instead! I called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake, but the only solution offered was for me to bring the food back! I let them know that I live about 20 minutes away from this location, and don't frequent that area, I only stopped in because I was handling business near by. I was asked if I could bring it back tomorrow, like how is this acceptable? There needs to be something in place to satisfy customers who receive incorrect orders, and training to ensure that orders aren't incorrect in the first place.

Flame Broiler is not a place to be passed up. It's one of the healthiest quick dinning options you can get on the go. Their bowls are just really good and simple. I enjoy the option that I can get white meat only chicken and brown rice, always fresh! I got amazing service on my recent visit too. As I was packing my sauces to top off my bowls waiting on my to go order as usual, when my order was up the girl came from behind the counter and walked my food over to me. Usually they call your ticket number so it was refreshing to see that type of service with a smile still exist. Did I also mention, this place is super affordable? Heck yeah it is! I'll try to remember to post a picture of my bowl next time! Lol a Yelp Worthy photo at that : )

Folks at work talk about this place a lot and finally tried it today and I had and Uber eats deal as well as they were offering a BOGO ubereats deal. Tried the chicken bowl, brown rice and veggies with the magic sauce and triple hot sauce. It was very good. Decent amount of chicken, flavorful and sauce was great! I was so excited (aka starving) to eat it I forgot to take pics!
