Just check in and call it a day. Ahhh! We are on a Central/North Florida College tour when at 5:36pm our next hotel, Hampton Inn Jacksonville, called to tell me our assigned room has an inoperative A/C unit. Great, thanks. Nothing like last minute.. regardless, I encountered Stella! With only a bit of time to spare before our Jacksonville arrival, I needed to find another hotel. Long story short, went through hotels.com and purchased our night at Hampton Inn. We were minutes away when Stella explained it will take time for our reservation to upload to their system. No problem, I get it. We went next door for dinner and Stella called to inform me we're ready for check in. I could stop there. But why. This hotel is awesome! Great location. Clean areas and rooms. Warm cookies! But it all started with great service! Thank you, Stella!

They have a shuttle service to the football game at EverBank Stadium that is NOT free. It cost $15 per person one way to the stadium and the same to return to the hotel. The 2 of us decided to Uber. The prices changed and we ended up spending $25 going there and then $55 coming back. It was a little more expensive than the shuttle so keep that in mind. Parking was free. Breakfast was free and they had hot cocoa and coffee available. Great location with walking distance to Culhane's Irish Pub! That's the spot you want to walk to in order to eat some good home-cooked food!

Checked in to this Hampton Inn and was immediately greeted by Krystal. She was lovely. Friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. She put us on the 6th floor. I have to say our room was impeccably clean and we slept great. In the morning we had a breakfast and a nice chat with the manager, Judie. Overall great experience!

The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel was super clean and smelled great. This is the hotel we will be staying at when we come to Jacksonville

I read reviews on yelp and decided to write because my experience was beautiful in fact I just checked in a few hours ago to this very nice property and was welcomed by someone whose name was mentioned several times by past visitors to this property . I was so impressed that I asked if she was the person that I read so much about. She humbly answered yes. Tamara loves her job and most importantly she loves people. She's beautiful and spiritual because she said that all glory should go to God. The room we got was very nice. We are happy to say that this is now our favorite Hampton Inn. Even if the rooms weren't nice the excellent customer service would get 5 stars. We've only been here a few hours and I couldn't wait to write this review. Come to the Hampton Inn and get Tamarized.

The hot buffet breakfast is legit the shit on par with restaurant quality. That shit was amazing. Marie helped me out I think that was her name solid lady 2 thumbs up. Uber friendly. Yes cats are allowed. So are dogs. The place is clean as hell. An convenient you can do the pre check in an out .

Can't reccomend this hotel enough. From the check in to the awesome patio/pool area to the delicious breakfast this hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed here one night before leaving on a cruise and I kinda hate to leave. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you're in the area.

BED BUGS!!!! Terrible experience. After speaking with the front desk and being spoken to rudely I asked to speak with a manager. Of course there is no one on site so she called Telissa Andrews the Assistant GM. She was not helpful other then refunding my stay. I told a few guests we are traveling with for a soccer tournament and was threatened to be trespassed for defamation of character. I guess she doesn't understand the meaning as well as my first amendment right. There were other guests complaining as well and they were treated the same way. They checked out as well. I've contacted a Bed Bug Attorney and we will proceed with legal actions. I don't recommend their dirty hotel anyways since they don't clean the room thoroughly. See pictures for the nasty experience. The blood is from the bugs biting people and it smearing on the sheets.

Hope is absolutely amazing! Their staff is awesome! I will only stay at this location when traveling! I can't recommend this place enough! it's central and near everything. No key in the elevator it's awesome!
