Hidden Gem! Amazing Belgian style bar. Tasha and Cala at the bar will take good care of you. Ask for the grand tour to find a hidden basement bar and catacombs stocked with aged brews. Yes, that's right I said basement... in Jacksonville. Probably about 100 beers on tap with an extensive "beer bible" full of unique bottles stored in the basement as well. 2 large bars to sit at, and dining areas for the family. Private spaces available to host meetings and parties (with karaoke upon request). Steampunk decor abounds alongside the Belgian artifacts. A must see for locals and visitors alike. Long story short, you need to visit this place asap.

Wow! I haven't been to Kickbacks in a minute and honestly never sat at the bar. The place is enormous and the menu massive. It's dark and takes a minute for eyes to adjust. We ordered our drinks. Me a beer and friend a vodka sprite. We finally got our vision back and studied the menu. Humm... smash burger w/ cream cheese and spicy blueberry compote. Sign me up! So delicious.. added onion petals Friend had a Roastbeef panini and sweet potato fries. Also yummy But wait did you know they have a cellar. Yep downstairs. A huge event room with a bar and a VIP room that you can buy into on a yearly based. The area is covered in old collectible beers. So amazing. Erin the manager was a great tour guide!

This is a really awesome spot, the walls were covered in pennies, their draft beer list is changed daily, with 24 beers from Belgium on tap in 'The Belgium Basement'. Service was great, our bartender was really awesome and gave us a tour in the basement. They have jail cell-like refrigerated beer 'catacombs' where they store over 100,000 vintage bottles and kegs of beer; it's a must-check-out!

5/5 -- Kickbacks is a Must-Visit! Kickbacks never disappoints, but our most recent visit was easily one of the best yet. The atmosphere is that perfect mix of relaxed and lively, the menu is stacked with creative comfort food, and everything that hit the table was absolutely on point. But the real standout of the night was Tasha. From the moment we sat down, she took care of us like absolute pros do--friendly, attentive, and somehow always there right when we needed something without ever hovering. Drinks were refilled before we even realized they were low, food recommendations were spot on, and she made the whole experience feel genuinely welcoming. Great food, great vibes, and exceptional service thanks to Tasha. We'll definitely be back--and we'll absolutely be asking for her again. Highly recommend!

We went twice in a week. First time we had some beers outside at the bar and it was good, then we wanted to go back for food. The food was OK, nothing special. We sat inside at the bar and it's so dark in there you have to use a flashlight to see the menu. We are craft beer drinkers so if you are, this is the place as they have a huge selection. Jimmy waited on us and was funny and service was good but he was unaware of some changes to the menu.

This is our first time at a Brewery in Jacksonville. We did a lot of research, because I'm really picky about my beer. Tracy was our waitress this evening. She greeted us with lots of energy and a smile. She was very patent with us. The beer menu is massive, and the food options are amazing! It was a little confusing, guess 1/2 of the menu is for the 1st floor and the other 1/2 for downstairs ( I'm glad mine was on my level) The food came out really fast. We loved the Nachos with the queso cheese, they have an option of beer cheese, I had no idea what beer cheese is. I asked if we could do half and half, she thought about it, and with a laugh said no. We cracked up. We also got the fried pickles, they were good, but almost too salty, but it does state that on the menu. So, try it at your own risk. Over all I think this will be my go-to pub, they had at least 6 beer options for my picky taste buds. And lots of food options.

This is my go to in riverside, I can take my picky kids and pretty much everyone can enjoy a meal. They have an absolute fun menu to try, the drinks are also amazing and so is the ambiance. I have been there about 25 times and always had great service.

Coolest bar atmosphere I've been to in Jacksonville. Tour of the basement is a must. Only place I know of that still has 120 Minute IPA

Went to Kickbacks Gastropub as it was the only thing open. This was my first time here and the food was just ok. My potato skins were super cold and tasted a bit raw in the middle. I would definitely give them another chance as it was late and I know a lot of people really like this place. The service was great though!

It's been a while since we ate here and the food is still good. We had grilled teriyaki wings, shrimp dip and the cheesesteak. The flavor of the wings was tasty and the chicken was not dried out. Only issue was when I bit into a drum it was pink and not fully cooked therefore the 3 stars. The shrimp dip was tasty and had the right amount of seasoning. The cheesesteak was huge and the beer cheese was excellent on it.
