Rooms are decent. Bed was comfortable. Property is quiet staff friendly.I had no problems at all staying there. There's a bar across the street and a petrol station across from there. It's located right off the 10 freeway so there's easy on/ off access to downtown. If you go on the other side of the freeway there's plenty of restaurants and I believe a few shopping plazas.

Don't stay here, this place is nasty. We stayed here to try and save a little bit of money since we were driving in and arrived after midnight, we booked a couple nights at the Omni in Amelia Island. It's in a shady looking neighborhood and it's true that people are out and about all night long yelling and slamming doors, I can only imagine what is going on. Everything looks dirty too and we wreaked of cigarette smoke from the sheets.

Heavy foot traffic of random passers by. Cigarette burns in the blanket, dirt on the hardwood floor and in the bathtub. Holes in the doors and nicotine residue on the walls. Sheets seemed clean. Breakfast was Cheerios, bread and coffee. If this is a one day "have to" kind of stay, it's tolerable. But not an extended stay. At all.

This place is awesome for the money. There's a mini fridge, HBO, and the bathrooms are clean :) the staff was also really friendly
