The establishment is full of people who barely speaks English , some dont. Food is a hit or miss on if it's going to be fresh. Today my food was fresh , I bought a Carmel frappe and was told it will be extra charge for more , this is what I got.

So I went in with my son and asked which Minecraft toy they were on. The young man just stood there. He said we have mine craft. I said yes can you please see which one before we order. He went and asked a girl putting orders together she rudely told him no they weren't doing that. He came back and smiled in my childs face and said we can't tell you. My son was devastated as all the other McDonald's have had no issue at any other location. This was the worst location we have ever seen. Not only did they laugh in our face but the inside was packed and drive thru was wrapped around . As they stood there.

On more occasions than I can count I have seen frustrated customers at this McDonald's. I've seen DoorDash orders taking forever. Drive through orders taking forever. Definitely check your order and make sure you have the time to wait.

I usually never leave bad reviews, and I understand that it's McDonalds so I can't expect a whole lot. BUT my family and I just went through the drive thru and it took FOREVER (per usual for McDonald's). The first thing that bothered me was that the lady over the speaker was rude and trying to rush us. My husband was flustered trying to order. It was very unprofessional. My MIL ordered a Coke and they gave her Diet Coke. My Oreo frappe was half full when they handed it to me. I paid for a medium, I would have appreciated a medium amount of drink! To top it off, there were no straws or napkins in the bag. My FIL had to go inside to get some and the man at the counter (who was standing right next to the straws) told him to go get his own straws at the drink counter! He was RIGHT NEXT TO THE STRAWS!! Horrible customer service. Now I'm not trying to be a Karen, and I understand that when it's busy it can be easy to forget things, but the whole experience was just not good. We are from Tennessee so more than likely will never be back to this McDonald's but I just needed to share our experience so that hopefully something can be fixed!

If at all possible I strongly suggest you go somewhere else to grab a bite to eat, especially if you are in a hurry. Why you ask? Because plan on camping out so bring your tent and supplies cause it may take you all night long to get your food whether it be from the drive thru or going inside. Holy moley guacamole I have never seen such a slow McDonald's in all my life. This review is not being based on one visit. I TRIED 3 TIMES! I think I was able to see the outside grass grow once while I was there. The time I went inside just for a sweet tea was exhausting because of the wait. I needed one of those push chairs that ladies use and sit down in when they get tired. The time I went to the drive thru, when they came to the window the employee said...you had the happy meal right??. Oh how funny after waiting 24hours in line. Nope no happy meal for me. So in closing...If you like to wait for stuff particularly fast food....you will love this place. They have no idea what fast an efficient means.

I must say, probably the most poorly run McDonald's in Florida. Ive worked for McDonald's in key west FL for 2 years a decade ago. We had emphasis on quality food and customer satisfaction. This is the first McDonald's for me to see go against that. I guess it should be expected considering the sketchy part of Jacksonville its located in. Upon arriving to the order box, the girl who took our order was nasty and gave off a negative attitude. First off, we arrived and the drive thru wasn't packed much. That must've been red flag number 1. Then she told us, they were only taking cash..... One of the top food chain restaurants only taking cash today? That's odd. 2nd red flag! We ordered 3, 10 piece nuggets, 1 quarter pounder, a double quarter pounder meal and 2 big macs. Needless to say, she forgot a 10 piece and the quarter pounder. I drove from the window as we checked the bags and came around within 1 min of ordering!! We told her what was missing and she treated us like a couple of beggars lying for food. We just came back from a show so I didn't think we looked like hoodlums who'd be back in the line lying for a little mix and match deal but if that made or broke her paycheck then I guess so? She tried to tell us she bagged the food and didn't forget anything then called another lady, Shaquana, with a gray shirt, Her supervisor who also tried to convince us that she was the one who actually bagged the food. Who knows who bagged it honestly. We showed her all our food to help her realize all we had but it didn't matter. We clearly must've been hiding the missing food and wanted to get back in the drive thru instead of driving back to Savannah, GA like we wanted to. Shaquana told us she could ring the food back up but she couldn't give us the food and if we didnt like that we could see the GM in the morning. She was very rude with her tone and words but i guess this was life or death to them. No biggie, I hope that extra dollar an hr for overnight employees is worth it. This help me solidify why i generally dont favor fast food. Thanks for ruining our night after a great show. Dont drive off at all before checking your full order at this place.

Worst place, they take so long to get your order. The staff is slow and rude. Blame customers instead of themselves. Literally every time I come here it's a problem. I don't understand how they can always have a problem here? It's sad that this is fast food and they cannot get it together. Also i would never give this place any stars if I didn't have to just to post this!

6pm on a Sunday, heavy rain so decided to order for counter pickup rather than try to order with the window open in the drive thru. First problem, no signs informing you of the locked and closed dining area; found that out while in the rain. So to the drive thru. One of the two lanes is closed as well. Ok. Finally reach the speaker to order and already knew this would be "fun" but sure enough, they seem entirely unaware of how the app works as they keep insisting I have a letter/number combo code to provide them. No, I've told them a few times already that we had ordered for pickup inside before finding the doors locked; for counter orders, the app simply shows you your name with a four-digit order #. They ask a few times if it's this order or that order; nope. They can't find our already placed and paid for order. I hear someone repeatedly in the background also asking "ask him for the code!"!Finally they agree it's best I pull up to the window. To which a different employee immediately goes "Kimberly? Yeah, I've got that!" Wow... But ok. She asks what the drink was, before coming back with a filled cup and "our coke is watered down... would you like something else?" Hey, I appreciate that. "Sprite?" "We're out of Sprite, too." "Sweet tea??" Ok. Get our food after a 15-20 minute ordeal and depart. Find that a double cheeseburger on the order was made a single. Just keep this negative service trend going... Doors locked, can't figure out their ordering system, sodas down, incorrectly made order... These are truly the reasons we don't frequently go to any McDonald's.
