I ordered from the app. Service was pretty quick- everyone was friendly. They initially gave me a small fry instead of a large. I went back through the drive through and they allowed me to keep the small and gave me the large I had ordered. They were kind and speedy at resolving the mix up.

When I first walked in the place was empty other than a couple eating in the rear. There were five employees standing around talking loud in the kitchen. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. When someone did come to the front, it was to give someone who walked in after me a bag of food, presumably an app order. A woman in a red shirt and another employee in a blue shirt came to the register where i was waiting, but instead of taking my order they placed a order for the employee in the blue shirt, then walked away. A few minutes later the employee in the red shirt returned to take my order. While waiting, several couples came in and were eventually handed their orders after about ten minutes. When my order came up, the employee said she was sorry for the long wait. My order was to go. One of the orders had no ice and tasted strange. The other order that had plenty of ice tasted like it was supposed to. The Good. The burgers were up to McDonald's taste quality. THE BAD All the tables were dirty with trash and food crumbs on top. One table had trash and part of a sandwich underneath. The employee in the blue shirt who was served before me looked at all the tables and sat down at the only semi-clean table where a couple had been eating when I arrived, because all the other tables were filthy. The self serve soda machines had a tacky looking sign saying that free refills are only available while dining. My overall impression here is the front counter customers and main eating area are low priority. I felt nauseous about 10 minutes after eating. Food or drink left a bad aftertaste in my mouth.

worse communication ever! do not come here if you're diabetic and ask for "unsweet tea" i don't know if its because they can't speak english; don't give a damn about customers; or just flat out dumb! very annoying!!! i even ask the woman as she hands me my "unsweet tea", "is it unsweet???" she lies and says 'yes" try hiring someone who speaks english for a change and gives a crap about people/customers!!!!! horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I never expect much from McDonald's but in my 31 years of living I have NEVER experienced such negligence and incompetence! I waited 49 mins for 3 items and the manager on duty could have cared less, my fries were ice cold and the sandwiches thrown together I wouldn't have feed that slop to my dog! 0 stars!

Literally every time I come here the drive thru takes 25+ minutes, they leave you waiting at the screen for ages without even acknowledging you when there's only 1 or 2 cars in the line. Fry's never have salt on them, and the employees could care less about everything here.

Service was terrible. Took 23 minutes for an order that should have taken 5-7 min. . Did not have tomato's for the smokey BLT quarter pound cheese burger. They should have told me this before I ordered. I found out after I had to return to , and wait at the counter another 3-4 minutes, trying to get someone's attention to get the tomato's for my burger. When I went back to the counter, that took a long time to actually get anyone to come to the counter. 3 different employees looked right at me, and just ignored me. I know they were kitchen staff, but they could have at least told the counter person that there were customers waiting. I have ordered more than one QPC over the years, the burger I got did not look like a quarter pounder, then, it was under-cooked, with traces of pink meat in it.. The big sign on the wall said "crispy fries ", well that was a lie, and the Coke did not taste like the McDonalds Coke I expected. It wasn't bad, but did not have the McD's Coke taste. I did speak to the manager about my sandwich, I asked to switch to a Filet-O-Fish, which she did with no problem. It was good. Then, to top it off, the cleaning guy was busy with his scrub brush and large amounts of water, scrubbing the dining area floor while customers were there. This is a terrible McDonalds, and should probably be closed. My date of visit was 07/15/2024 4:04 pm . I was travelling from Boca Raton, FL to South Carolina, this was my first, ( and hopefully last ), visit to this location.

20min stop for 2 McDoubles. No one else around. Bro at the window wasn't rude but didn't bother asking what our order was and tried to give us someone else's order. Then some lady came and handed us the order and said nothing. No "sorry about your wait" and the sh** was cold. Guy at the window over heard him ask where was that. Not blaming him specifically but for sakes. Fast food doesn't need to be 15-30mins for cold as* burgers. Joke no wonder this place has a 36% review rate seems like there is a reason but what should I expect from McDonalds these days anyway. Undesirable to say the least.
