Worse McDonald's service ever. I'm on a road trip and wanted a quick meal. I ordered and paid at the kiosk. I followed the instructions, took a number tent and placed it on my table and patiently waited for my order. Twenty minutes later, still no food. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the gentleman working in back. He looked at my receipt and remade my order. There are other food options in this area. I do not recommend this McDonald's nor would I eat here again

these people want $20/hr??? I place an order for curbside on the app. 20 minutes go by, nothing. I go inside to ask for my order only to find that it's been sitting on the counter the entire time.

If I could give negative stars I would. I literally just received a refund because while I was in the drive thru, I noticed a bug (roach) crawling on someone's order. Just wanted to give anyone a heads up prior to wasting your time and money.

Other similar review is from daughter prior to getting order. I wish I could leave zero stars... first off I usually don't stop at this place because the line is wrapped around three times and it's slow as molasses so usually I just go next-door to Wendy's.. Tonight we were pumped up to get a hot fudge sundae and some chocolate chip cookies we ordered in the app and then we go to the asked if we could pay for a some extra hot fudge but she said no they can't do that so I said can I order a hot fudge sundae and hold the ice cream she laughed a historically and then said I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh in your face, but my manager already said no so we can't do that. What. I can't pay for hot fudge sundae and let you keep the ice cream! I guess not. Once we get to the window, she says, I'm gonna need you to pull up go all the way down to the curb and I'll bring it to you and pointed ahead, we went down to the curb. We waited and waited and waited and waited. Then finally a lady sticks her head out of a window behind us and says ummm....hello.... (Flat tone disgusted face) and made us back the car up in the line. (Apparently there is a third window for when you have to wait. She did say to go down to the curb and I'll bring it and that's where we were. She didn't have to say it so rudely either. Turns out this woman is the manager, so I guess there's just no hope for this place. The cookies I ordered were fine but the french fries were old and hard, come on guys. Today is Friday and clearly these fries are from Tuesday!! Hard and nasty. Not even salt on them to help cover up the cardboard fl

ordered thru Doordash. Received sealed bag from McDs. We ordered four three burgers and one chicken sandwich received one burger, one chicken sandwich, and an box of 10 mcnuggets. The order form on the bag clearly showed what we ordered -- they just plain got it wrong. I realize that with the Normandy store under renovation Chaffee may be more busy, but c'mon folks --

First time I went with my kids the gentleman at the front counter did not give me my drink I paid for, when I went up and asked he acted like I was bothering him! Like what the hell!! Then today I pre ordered breakfast at 9 am get to the store there is cones in the drive thru and no one at the windows so I park and do a drive up order, 2 minutes go by they come out and say they are closed but there is nothing posted saying that anywhere on their doors or windows but instead of the individuals making me wait the full hour and a half they made my food and sent me on my way, the food was amazing both times!

A quick stop for a large coffee for the road, I opted to go through the drive through today and the young lady running speaker did understand my order. I think she forgot the request to add a few ice cubes to the coffee though as it was still "McDonald's hot" when I tried to drink it on the highway. About 15 minutes later, it had cooled to a drinkable temperature. The lot is clean and the store looks fine from the outside. [Review 10925 overall, 697 of 2019.]

I asked to pay for hot fudge on the side the lady said oh I'm sorry I can't do that. I said oh ok I'll pay full price for a hot fudge sundae hold the ice cream. She laughed hysterically and then said I asked my manager and she said I can't do that sorry. Make it make sense. I am severely disappointed and now have to walk myself into Winn Dixie to buy fudge.
