It's Friday night, a lot of people are out and about because of the game. I just wanted something not too expensive, but good. I don't do drive through lines, it was about 5 cars in the drive through, and 1 person besides me inside. Once they took my order, which I ordered 6 Ghost pepper wings and a Ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo. Customer service was good. I loved they guys energy; I complemented him on his hair, and he got a kick out of that. I wasn't in a hurry, but it did take a long time for my order. I try to always pack my patience wherever I go. I don't know what's happening behind the scene. I'm not a big soda drinker, but while I was waiting that strawberry soda was on point. I know I waited at least 30 min. Baby....Let me tell you. That Chicken Sandwich was light, airy, and crunchy! It was soooooo good! I'm glad I didn't rush them or complain. I don't think It ever tasted that good to me. The 6 wings were for Saturday, I warmed them up in the oven with my own side of sweet potato fries. Only thing, that I was disappointed with, is they didn't even ask me if I wanted ranch or put it in the bag.

As a concerned customer im informing thru a review for corporate that during my visits to this location i have witnessed the General manager being rude to customers and yelling at her employees while she's on her phone or standing there leaned on something. I have witnessed her being very unprofessional to employees and how she speaks to them. Im concerned with how this store is going to turn out with the work place being ran this way by a hire up employee.

Not sure why this place as such low ratings. It's your typically Popeyes experience with yummy chicken. The place is pretty clean and they great awesome radio music. Service was as good as a Popeyes can get. Check the app for coupons!

What has happened to Popeyes? Man, their spicy chicken, red beans & rice, was so good. They had a great blackened fish sandwich. They advertise a blackened spocy chicken sandwich too. Unfortunately, they serve old food or more often than not they are just out of whatever it is you want. They axed the fish and their dirty rice. No matter which store you go to they don't have what you want. The people are rude and the stores are nasty. DO NOT use the app to order because when you arrive and they don't have what you ordered you cannot get a refund. Oh, they don't care either. It's not their problem. Contact the app people...which is also Popeyes but somehow not the store level. We forget and give them a try every few months or so and it's the same thing all over. We have finally washed our hands of them. Wish it wasn't so...

I eat there often and every time I go I always request fresh hot chicken straight out the grease. However Friday night August 29th there was an issue with my request. The cook told me that the chicken under the heat lamp had not been there that long and that I would have to accept that chicken. I refused to do that and again I asked for fresh chicken straight out the grease he then caught an attitude with me and sat on a piece of equipment and proceeded to eat some chicken tenders. I then asked for the manager and all the employees told me she was in the bathroom so I waited and waited. The best description I can give of the cook is he had blonde tipped globs in his head and his build was thick. When the manager finally came out of the bathroom I told her what the issue was and she immediately instructed the cook to drop some fresh spicy chicken. But he dropped mild chicken then chicken tenders then wings then those tin little chicken strips then finally the spicy chicken. I felt I was disrespected and something that should have taken no longer than 18-20 minutes took an hour . I put my order in at 7:06 pm and I didn't receive my food until 8:04. My time was wasted and I was upset but I didn't get out of line with the staff at any time. I feel like I should be able to get my food exactly the way I ask for it because I'm paying my hard earned money for it. That particular night I spent $48.33 only to feel disrespected disappointed and humiliated. I don't think I will ever go back to this location again at this point. My order number was 74 if the owner would like to talk about this because something needs to be done about the customer service at this location this isn't the first time I've experienced bad customer service at this location but I guarantee it will be the last.

Awful service. Cashier shorted me on change. Food was not hot, chicken wasn't done, and didn't give spoon for the coleslaw. This is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to. That's not an exaggeration. They didn't give us our drink, we had to yell to get the cashiers attention because she was busy clowning with her coworkers I would puke all of that food back up and return it for my money back if it were an option. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Disclaimer: this is a two part review of sorts. This is in relation to Popeyes Corp, as well as, this location and several others are town. I've come to enjoy chicken from Popeyes, love it though?! There has to be supply for me in order for that to happen. Here's the bone I have to pick with them .. how is an advertised item not readily available? Said item I'm referring to were the Ghost Pepper Hot Wings. I believe the campaign was shortly lived as they didn't have the supply for the demand. In there defense, maybe there's a shortage I didn't know about. If that were the case *whispers* Don't advertise them. In all seriousness, one visit I was able to try them, they were delicious! So much so, I was ready to go everyday! They were moist and just hot enough for you to enjoy and not regret your decision. My only gripe is they never had them. Not just one location, multiple locations. I'll say this, Popeyes did the right thing by pulling down this promotion. I couldn't imagine another day driving off disappointed. I wish this was a, "Go check out these wings, they'll knock your socks off", instead it was underwhelming opportunity for Popeyes to wow the masses.
