I have so many wonderful things to say about Mary and her team that I don't know where to start. She's the absolute best and helped to make our destination wedding stress-free and exactly what we wanted. Mary was extremely responsive and took care of all the hassle with our reservations, guest reservations, contacting the wedding team at South Coast to make sure everything was correct, and following up with everyone about everything, etc. Using a travel agent did not cost us anything and she took care of all the busy work. It was the most wonderful experience with Mary and we will use her for all future bookings! Important to note that not all Sandals travel agents are the same. 100% book your Sandals vacation with an agent who is part of the Chairman's Royal Club. It is an elite group of Sandal's travel agents and is by far the best way to go....better than direct, better than online, and better than with any other travel agent. Mary is part of the elite Chairman's Royal Club, so you know she's good. I'm so thankful for Mary! She went above and beyond and now that I've used her, I can't believe I ever considered trying to do it on our own. She will take care of you for sure! I highly suggest getting on a call with her so she can answer any questions and make your wedding/vacation dreams come true! Thank you Mary!!!

If you want to have a fantastic, stress-free vacation then you need to use Riverside Tours and Travel. We have traveled out of the country 3x using their services. We have been to Jamaica (2018), Mexico (2020) and Jamaica (2021). The travel plans are always seamless and we have had 0 issues with transport to/from the airport and excursions. Traveling with COVID and having the proper paperwork can be tricky, but with Riverside Tours and Travel you will easily get to and from your destination. Others struggle in line at the airport and may not even be allowed on the flight. We had NO problems whatsoever, even traveling with a toddler. The resorts are always a blast. We can't wait to plan our next trip!

WOW ! I can't even begin to tell you how thankful my wife and I are for being referred to Mary at Riverside tours and travel. You want to talk about a business owner that loves her job and her clients more this is your place. She treat you like your her family. She landed us on the perfect honeymoon spot and we where so thrilled then covid Happened and our dream trip was taken from us like many others.But let me tell you our story doesn't end there. Mary Fowler , absolutely went above any beyond to assure us that our honeymoon was not only going to happen but it was going to be better than ever and our Money most importantly was going to be fine and we weren't going to lose a dime . And let me tell you she didn't lie. Mary not only sent us on the best trip of our lives to playa murjeres . She got us every penny back she could . She worked relentlessly on switching our honeymoon from Jamaica to Cancun redirecting flights and everything was perfect . From start to finish Mary kept us calm , informed and excited. I would 1000% recommended Mary Fowler and her team to anyone in the world we are already working on booking our next trip with her . Mary Fowler was exceptional initially. When Covid hit her entire demeanor changed. It was strictly business. No compassion for the wedding couple. She kept saying the venue was open. What she failed to say was limited capacity, restaurants, employees, and amenities. No band was allowed for wedding reception. She sent out a memo that the couple chose a different direction. Such a disappointment that she was completely unconcerned about the well being of all individuals. We paid our full installments per protocol. Sadly to say when we cancelled it took us 74 days to get a refund. Shame on you Mary for only being concerned about your commission.

Refused to refund money for rooms for a wedding during COVID 19 travel restrictions regardless of Hotel Policy's which offered cancellations at anytime. Not only did Mary refused to offer room refunds, all of the guest were from NYC and Fl from hot spot cities. Mary rather get commissions rather than follow the resorts policy for the safety of their customers. I've always supported small business, but morally and ethically Mary ghosted us lacking responses and lied about who made the final decisions. As the owner of the company, be wary of letting a selfish self centered lying owner get a dime of your money. I'd suggest investing your destination weddings or vacations on someone that provides their customers at heart rather than padding their own wallet
