This unsaved parking lot is great for hosting various events. It's not recommended to park here during Jaguars games, because it can get expensive to park in here. If you do decide to park in here during a Jaguars expect a long wait time to exit here after the game.

This was my first time at the jazz festival, and I thought the venue was a great choice. Apparently, the previous location was too small, so they needed something bigger. Getting there was super easy - the cops helped guide traffic, and parking was a breeze. The only downside was leaving the parking lot. By then, the parking attendants were gone, and there weren't many officers left to help with traffic. If they kept the same flow they had earlier in the day, it would've taken almost an hour to get out of the lot!

Its called "tailgaters" but when we tried to set up a tent behind our truck we were told we had to purchase a second parking spot to do that. We offered several alternatives since all the parking spots around us were empty, but they did not accept any of them. There are cheaper alternatives nearby with better customer service.

Came for a great game that unfortunately we did not win. That being said, the tailgaters parking was conveniently close and definitely stumbling distance to the stadium. The spots were numbered and easy to find. The bathrooms were what you'd expect, busy and kind of dirty. There was a bar there but we brought enough so didn't need to partake. The worst part about the experience was actually getting to the tailgate parking area. There's no real signage posted and did it see anything online to help.

Prices have increased regularly for the last 7-10 years. Location is convenient, but rule changes happen every year. Its name is tailgaters, but you can't tailgate unless you buy 2 parking spaces at $450 per spot per season (jags). A so-general manager's misquoted actual parking rules, lied about situations and basically tried to bully us into leaving. Very unacceptable! Contacting the staff is very inconvenient. Office hours are working hours and in person location has changed multiple times with new ownership without notification. Add to it, the website to reserve parking doesn't always work. The actual game bar code for the preseason game with the Steelers wasn't labeled correctly. We were able to park, but sat in line and they had to look it up for everyone. The parking attendants did a great job considering. But again poorly managed. This has become another business that is strangling jaguar fans for higher profits and less accommodations. Not to mention harassing, ego filled self proclaimed general manager misrepresenting rules to bully patrons. My advice, park at cheaper lot and pay the bikes/golf carts to tote you to stadium or friends that are closer. This was a great place for a long time, but in not now!

I love how well organized this tailgate parking is! Buying spots ahead of time on line is such a great concept, traffic flows in seamlessly and the spots are clearly marked. Plenty of portapotties and real bathrooms. Have parked her for multiple Jags games and it's always fun & worth the money. Pro tip- if you are going with a bunch of friends buy an extra parking spot to spread out and hang and set up all your gear!

Almost doubled parking prices for this season and apparently sent out this notice that you're not allowed to "tailgate" at your car. Is that not the definition of tailgating? They want you to buy an extra spot just to "tailgate" in. Good luck stopping everyone of tailgating.

I love using Tailgaters Parking when I go to Jaguar games downtown. You can pre purchase your ticket on their website or, if there are spots available, you can purchase a spot at the gate as you enter. This is more than a parking lot. They have actual bathrooms and not just porta potties. Although they do have porta potties throughout the lot if you don't want to walk to the bathroom. I try to always get a spot close by the ladies room LOL. And if you do not come tailgater prepared, there is a full-service bar that also serves decent food, such as burgers and dogs, and they play music too. The last two times I've used this parking lot the cost was $30. But it is very close to the stadium, about four block walk, which I also like.

If I could less than one star I would . We purchased the unlimited tailgate experience. It included unlimited alcohol and unlimited food. When we arrived at 1pm if was packed. There was an line for food. We waiting the and had a few beers and we're told at 2pm they were out of beer. We then go to the food area and was we would only be be allowed one hotdog as they were running if of food. This was poorly planned and the catering staff were rude . The manager tied to make it right by giving us an extra hotdog and was supposed to call today and I have not received a call yet. I would avoid this place at all cost they take your money and do not plan for the crowd attending.

We have been using tailgaters lot for several years and have decided after this year, to no longer provide them any of our money. The parking spaces for the RVs have gotten smaller, and the prices have went up. They allow customers to bring as many people as they want into the parking area. One group by us had well over 150 people at a party Friday night destroying the bathrooms and actually running off paying customers who couldn't longer take the loud music. The profanity and excessive marijuana use. In the future will be staying in a hotel and finding a tailgate spot for the day instead of giving tailgaters almost $1000 this year.
