I came here for dinner with friends and immediately ask for Jordan's table as he provides such outstanding customer service! The hostess very friendly unfortunately informed me that Jordan was not working that evening, which was such a disappointment! However, we had Shawn tonight and I have to give kudos to him because he was personable, friendly, professional, and honest! When my friend asked about one of the meals, he was very forthcoming on his thoughts of it. I had ordered an omelette and I preface it by asking. Will the kitchen make it extra runny and soft to which he said yes. Great I'll take a grilled chicken omelette. Unfortunately the omelette came out overcooked and they forgot the chicken. Shawn did offered to have it redone however honestly as long as it took for the meal to come I did not want to sit and wait that long so I told him not to worry about it so he did bring me a side of grilled chicken. That was great customer service. Overall, this was a very good experience. I was happy to say that I avoided the cheesecake because my stomach does not need extra calories.

We have been at this CF location over 10 times and it has always been a good experience as the ambiance is very chill with guests just enjoying their time. Calamaria and Saucy Shrimp was the appetizers and were both OK. The Peruvian Chicken was delicious, it is a new addition to their menu. We shared a Whiskey Smash Drink and we definitely recommend it :) And of course, the Tuxedo Chocolate was soooo creamy and will definitely try it again. Thank you so much to the cooks, staff and exceptional service from Larz, we truly appreciate the recommendations Sir.

I met a friend at The Cheesecake Factory and we sat at the bar. I've gone many times and dined at a table, but this was my first time doing bar top. The bar tender was very attentive and helpful! I ended up ordering the Yuzu Lemon Drop, the cream of chicken soup for at the bar. I also ordered the grilled steak medallions from the skinnylicious section of the menu to-go. The Yuzu lemon drop was so good! It was a lighter, more refreshing version of a lemon drop with a bit more of a citrus punch. The soup took a while to come out and when we asked about it, the bar tender had just finished asking the kitchen (because she also noticed the delay) and confirmed they had to make a fresh batch. Once received, it was fresh and wonderful. For my to-go steak medallions, I asked for the temperature to be medium rare because I prefer medium, and I knew I would need to heat them later. The next day when I was ready to have it, I was happy to see it was packed well. I was also happy to see it truly was medium rare so when I heated it, it was a perfect medium. I'll definitely return and I won't forget bar service! Also good to know they do to-go really well.

The Cheesecake Factory is known for having a very diverse menu, but I find that can mean that not all dishes are standout. I ordered an impossible burger, which was okay but definitely would go to Red Robin next time as they are higher quality ingredients for burgers. Though the food wasn't impressive, I do like the decor and my coworkers who were with me enjoyed the meal. Service was slower, so we were rushed. Likely return when more than an hour to dine in.

Ok is about where it stands, but to be fair we came on a sat night with a table of 15 people! It was a mad house in there!! omg like you could hardly get in the door! I do give great applause to the servers cause ours did a great job, it's hard working in chaos. The food is just ok, such a big menu and huge portions, but prices reflect that and drink prices were outrageous. I will say the cheesecake was very tasty! Not overly sweet! I need to retry on a weekday where could get a more normal dining experience.

I've been here numerous times but today was first go at the happy hour and I was pleasantly impressed. Cheesecake Factory is known for their extensive menu and the happy hour menu is impressive as well! Happy hour is only in the bar area and the service is quick and convenient! Overall, I will be back for happy hour vibes very soon.

Server had whole area so... the bartender provided upon request Menu I could just look at this menu all day but go for my standard-chopped salad-full of chopped chicken, sweet apple slivers, and more!!!Perfect. The Brussel sprouts were good-served in a sweet sauce. The pasta and veggies was so full of veggies- cheesy sauce, and penne pasta-yum! Even if you can't eat it now, get the cheesecake to go-so many choices! The chocolate mousse was light and delicious! Summary Can't go wrong with this place! Great gift card specials! Awesome menu! Sit at bar high tops.
