This is the size of my fenders from Zaxbys. I will never return. Quite the rip off. The meal for six tenders is 16 and change and this is what you get.

This Zaxby's is a hit or miss but mostly miss. located at NAS Jax, plenty of parking spots, the inside of this restaurant is actually neat and clean. But I just always use the drive thru. Last time we were here I ordered my husband cobb salad with grilled cheese. When I got home my husband ate the salad right away but he had to throw the cucumber because it was soggy and then there was no egg on his cobb salad. To be honest the salad that we got was not worth the price that they were charging. His salad looks like they just threw all the ingredients and did not even care with the presentation. Service here are the same hit or miss but mostly miss. They are not friendly and sometimes I feel that I am bothering them when I put my order in. Thankfully we are not a big Zaxby's fan or else this will be a big disappointment.

Ok; the last time we ate at this location on Roosevelt the chicken sandwich was TERRIBLE and embarrassing when we arrived home with the takeout!!! We had family in town and never had it. Today decided to try it again and wow sooo much better. My wife and I had the chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich. It was so good just like we remembered it. Service was fast and friendly.

Not sure if I am the only one but I feel that the chicken wings are not the same as they used to be. It is like they are refrying the wings and they taste like a piece of leather.

I went through the drive-thru last night for dinner. There were 3-5 cars in front of me when I entered the line at 7pm. Placed my order and the girl on the headphones was so nice and patient with me as I looked at the menu for a little while. Took a peak inside the kitchen when I got to the window, and they were definitely fully staffed and everyone was working on something! I was greeted with the same niceness and got my food within 5 minutes total, including ordering time. Only thing I will say is my fries were a little soggy when I got home but I still ate all of them lol. I will be coming to this location again!

I ordered the parmesan chicken fries through the drive thru. These were smothered with way too much ranch. All I could taste was ranch. If you order this, I'd recommend asking for the ranch on the side. This meal was a miss for me. Parm is in the name, but you do not taste the Parm cause the ranch dressing. I spent $9 on an unpalatable meal. I did give a star for the quick service at the drive thru. The drive thru appeared clean also.

I would give one star had it not been for the guy who took our order. We are new to the area and order a combo but didn't realize it only came with 5 wings. We added 5 additional wings at the window and asked for them to be sauced the same way. Only to get the wings and there was NO sauce on any of the wings.

Good food, service was typical for fast food. No one really going out of their way to help or communicate with customers. My food was sitting on the back counter from a mobile order and they never approached me to ask what I was waiting on or called out the order. Forgot one of my sides and was missing a sauce. Quality of food was good which is the main thing that mattered to my kids. Overall, not phenomenal but still decent.

Have not been to Zaxby's in quite a while. Heard about chicken tacos on the radio and was craving a salad. Entered into a customer-free dining area looking for a clean table. Stopped after the first 8 had obviously not been wiped down and mentioned it to the idle cashier. There were maybe 3 drive through customers when I pulled up. Had both. Cashier quickly grabbed and rag and proceeded to clean tables. After wetting 2, somebody with a lanyard, manager I assume, scolded the cashier to get back behind the counter. Still nobody else in the lobby but me. I wiped down my own table. Now the food. Frozen lemonade great. Tacos a disappointment. Compare my pic to their advertisement one. One small strip in the middle for $3.00. Done in 2 bites. Salad came with 2 barely filled dressing pouches. Toast not toasted. Cold and limp. Over $20 for meh! Maybe that is why I have not been to Zaxby's in a while.
