My friend and I visited Beauty and the Butcher in South Miami for happy hour. The ambiance was definitely a highlight… I’d give it 5 stars for the beautiful setting and great atmosphere!!! The happy hour prices were really good, and we enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. As for the food, I would give it 3 stars. The Beauty Bar Smash Burger wasn’t to my liking, but the staff was kind enough to remove it from my bill. The service was decent, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. It was a good experience, but not great.

My experience was amazing! I came for dinner with my husband to celebrate my birthday after receiving some recommendations from friends and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Our server was Iryna and she was truly great, very attentive, provided a very good overview of the menu, gave us very good recommendations, and we left already wanting to come back. The shrimp, porterhouse, mac and cheese, and chocolate cake were delicious!!

I brought my significant other here for his birthday. The ambiance was amazing. Our waitress Vania was so attentive and knowledgeable. She was a sweetheart and we were so glad to be served by her. The drinks were very good and mixed well. I got complimented on my outfit which put a smile on my face. The food was divine. The sourdough appetizer is a must try. The steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection and had a ton of flavor. Honorable mentions are the mash potatoes and mac and cheese. Very very good. Overall our experience was great and smooth. We would definitely come again. Thank you for making his birthday experience a memorable one :)

Upon arrival we were shown to our table which had a little sign with my name on it which was a nice touch. The waiter came by to say hello and take our drink order which came pretty quickly. Then we ordered our food which did take a little longer even though the restaurant was almost empty. I had onion soup which left no memories, just average. The croquettes were delicious. The steak I ordered which was the Kansas Dry Age was not a cut that left me speechless, a little dry and plain. For a $100 steak it should have a side which you have to order separately. Honestly it wasn't a bad experience but I wouldn't go back.

This was my first experience here at Beauty and the Butcher and both the food and service was amazing!! Manny was our server for the night and he was so accommodating to all of our requests. Our table of 5 decided to do a family style service to be able to sample a few different plates.We started with a few appetizers, Tomahawk for the main and ended with 3 delicious desserts and none of them disappointed. We will definitely be back!
