I recently stayed at Casa Ocean Hotel in Miami, and overall, I had a good experience. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from South Beach and close to everything you might need. There were pharmacies, small markets, liquor stores, and shops all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient.

However, one downside was the room cleaning service. The cleaning was only provided every two days, and unfortunately, I could only have it done once during my stay since I was in my room in the mornings when they came. It would have been more convenient if there was an option for flexible cleaning times.

As for the room itself, it had everything necessary—nothing fancy, but just right for a short stay. However, the noise levels were quite high, as I could clearly hear sounds from the neighboring rooms, which was a bit disturbing at times.

Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with the essentials, Casa Ocean is a good option, but keep in mind the limited cleaning schedule and potential noise from other rooms.

Pros: Location is great, check in and out was easy, and the staff was very nice. Great price. Bed was nice.

Cons:
- the walls are pretty thin, so it's easy to hear your neighbors
- while the washroom was clean, the shower isn't designed well and you get water every where and you can see water damage, they should also choose a different way to tile the bathroom, the material used was not ideal
- the AC seems to work randomly, sometimes blowing nice cold air, sometimes nothing. The ac is central, which is nice because it's quiet, but I feel like the thermostat does nothing and the AC is random

Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend if you're on a budget, but if I had a lot more money I would stay elsewhere.

I loved staying at Casa Ocean. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the hotel has a water dispenser that is really helpful for staying hydrated. I was treated very well throughout my stay, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. You have gained a loyal customer!

Additionally, the location is fantastic, with many restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear people talking in other rooms and music when other guests play it.

There is a toxic smell being piped in each room and the hallways. It smells like ammonia with a sweet smell. It was so bad we had to turn off the AC. Thankfully there was one working window. Of course when you open the windows at night, the sounds outside kept us up.
The room itself was as described. The provided beach towels and beach chairs were very nice amenities. The staff was very helpful and polite.
We should have listened to the reviews of the  bad odors and booked another hotel.

The room is very clean and cozy but the wall is very thin that you can hear the neighbor at night. The coffee machine did not work and there was no A/C coming out, so we had to open the window. Uninterested front desk guy who lacks customer service can't even offer coffee after we told him. He only cares to know which room but that's for the next guest. Location is perfect.
