Possibly one of the best if not the best building South of 5th which is the only area suitable to live on South Beach. Everything is impeccable, staff friendly and super attentive. Love it!👍❤

One of the best luxury developments in America. Continuum has gorgeous amenities, sophisticated atmosphere, and is in the best neighborhood in Miami Beach. South of fifth. Call me if looking to buy or rent

The front desk is extremely rude. It doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t live here, you’re supposed to treat everyone with respect. The fact that they treat people coming in to WORK EVENTS like garbage is crazy considering they work in hospitality themselves. Disgusting behavior. For a “luxury” condominium they should hold their employees to a higher standard.

The Continuum is a private apartment complex and upmarket for South Beach. It has a nice restaurant outdoors and multiple pools to relax in.

It also has a small number of clay tennis courts and a private pro. Security is very tight and you will need to be invited as a guest to visit.
