Bruno our server was exceptional. He told we better be hungry for the price fixed menu and we were !
This was such a wonderful gastronomical experience.
Each dish was unique and prepared so carefully but the Peking Duck was exceptional.
Bruno and his team were top notch and so attentive to providing us a unique and exceptional experience.
We selected the wine pairings which enhanced the culinary experience.

I was happy to find flavors approaching authentic Chinese cuisine. Only it wasn’t in a decades old dining room with sticky floors. It was in a well appointed, “modern” restaurant with a dance soundtrack. It fit right in inside the Fontainebleau and its night club and nightly dance parties in the lobby bar. Thankfully the food found the beat and threw a party in my mouth!
You can order a la carte as well as prix fixe. You have several prix fixe options at different price points. And there all kinds of fun and imaginative cocktails. Just take the elevator up to the fourth floor after following signs from the lobby. Can’t miss it!

What a perfect dinner to end the night. The staff and servers were friendly and really the best. When we didn’t know what to order and looked for recommendations our waitress Claire (* spelling) made the best selections. Cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere was very chill. I would highly recommend eating here if you’re in the Miami area.

Fine dining elevated to the highest level. The cocktails were delicious, try the lychee. The luxurious interior matched the friendly professionalism of the service. The restaurant is dark and gorgeous with nice music. The hoisin sauce on the peking duck is unforgettable. Dumplings are little works of art. The fixed menu for two was very generous portions and immaculate flavors. Hakkasan sets the bar and then rises above it.

This was our first time at Hakkasan in Miami. We were blown away! From the service, ambiance to the decor, utensils, music, and of course the food!! It was truly amazing and wonderfully delicious. Hazel was our server. She had a permanent smile that was very genuine. She was equally excited to have us as we were to be there. Hazel is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the menu and explained flavors, drinks and pairings. She was enthusiastic throughout our entire experience and really made us feel comfortable, like we made a new friend. Also during our experience, I really enjoyed the music. A ‘Black Coffee’ vibe. I tried to Shazam a song that was playing but the app wasn’t able to recognize it. Seconds later a very sweet young man that was part of the staff came to our table and said he overheard me trying to get the song and showed me which one it was. All of the staff, from clearing our table to bringing our food out were superb! I hope this review gets to everyone at Hakkasan as well as anyone looking to get an amazing experience!
