We usually go there every year and really like the hotel but after this time we will not be staying there anynore. When we arrived they had an extra fee for umbrella and bag they charged us. I was unhappy but paid it. Then 4 months after our stay they charge us another fee that they said they forgot to charge us during our stay. I called to remove the fee the person didnt know how to remove the fee or who to call to fix this.

This property is a treasure. However, one of the ladies at the desk could benefit from a customer service class. I felt the dark-haired lady was a bit unprofessional upon arrival. However, every occurrence with her afterwards was great! On the other hand, the blonde-haired lady was an absolute gem—very professional and extremely helpful. Overall, the stay was great. The location is very convenient and safe, just one block from the beach. The rooms were clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again when in the Miami area.

David's dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve any issues truly made our stay memorable, and for that, we are sincerely grateful.

The hotel itself exudes charm, boasting a delightful mix of cuteness, hipness, and uniqueness. Its prime location ensured that we had everything we needed right at our fingertips – from shops and restaurants to the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away.

Admittedly, being in the heart of the action meant that the nights could get a tad noisy. However, the undeniable charms of the hotel more than made up for any minor disturbances. While I initially balked at the $30 per day amenity fee, which includes WiFi, I soon realized it was well worth it, especially considering it covered beach chairs and an umbrella, enhancing our beach experience significantly.

Overall, our stay at The Marlin was nothing short of wonderful, and we are already eagerly planning our next visit. It's safe to say we've found our go-to spot for future getaways. Thank you, Marlin, for a truly memorable experience!

The Marlin is a gem, 24 hour reception and a great base to explore Miami. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and Ocean Drive. Good to recharge after a busy day and night.
Beds were very comfortable, I usually get back pain on holiday but not the case here. The corner room is serene and spacious. Was able to do my workouts even with my partner together.
