We recently stayed at W South Beach for the second time, and we can confidently say this hotel is truly exceptional. A perfect example of luxury and comfort in Miami!
The rooms are spacious, meticulously designed, and exude modern elegance. The entire property is immaculate, with outstanding services and common areas that create an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff is always attentive and professional, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. It’s evident that their main goal is to provide guests with an extraordinary experience.

This was our first time staying at the W Hotel South Beach. What made the trip extremely enjoyable was the personalized service we had. From checking in with Marcello, to spending time at the Pool! We were fortunate to have Sun help us each day getting pool seats. She always remembered us and made every effort to place us where we asked. Both Marcello and Sun always checked on us every time we saw them. They definitely made us feel like we were their priority.

Thank you Marcello and Sun for adding to our trip! We will definitely be coming back!!

Had a really good 2 day and one evening stay. The gym was great, the service was exemplary and the pool was quite nice... You definitely overpay ordering food at the pool but the service was great and The food was decent. It was a great getaway and the room was very comfortable and we had a blast, and the W staff were fantastic.

Very active, hip vibe at this hotel. The front desk staff is awesome, and the valet guys are friendly and prompt. The pool and beach are unmatched on South Beach, and the gym is one of my favorites in Marriott worldwide. There is also a modern tennis court, pickleball court, and half basketball court - all outdoor. Right on Collins. Fantastic property!

Our Stay at the W South Beach was fantastic!
The service from check in until we left was above and beyond. Everyone there is so kind and considerate. The hotel offers many amenities. The spa and gym are modern with new machines. The vibe at the pool is amazing. Thanks Brandon for your excellent care.  Wine tasting ,mixology as well as yoga classes all with top notch kind considerate and knowledgeable staff. Great restaurant recommendations by the concierge. Centrally located. All around great  place to stay for a getaway vacation.
