Åt lunch på denna nya plats som öppnade för ungefär ett år sedan. Jag möttes när jag kom in och satt i baren. Jag antar att det var för att jag var ensam. Jag fick en manlig servitör att fråga om jag ville ha tillbehören till min måltid efter att jag hade bords Service av köttet skuret bordssidan. Detta bör inte ske på en plats av denna kaliber! Den kvinnliga bartendern vid denna punkt hanterade min måltid, påfyllning, check, och var tillbaka för att titta till mig flera gånger under min vistelse. Jag hade ett samtal med henne när jag sa att hon förstod mig och hur saker och ting fungerar och för att bara vara tjugoett år gammal var det tröstande. Efter lunch tog jag min check och tog en drink i bardisken för att ta en after meal drink och jag informerade henne om hur jag var nöjd med hur hon tog hand om sig själv när hon hade baruppgifter. Chefen var runt för att kolla på mitt bord och fick mig mina snittar jag ville ha. Jag nämnde inte den tidigare incidenten men jag är säker på att detta kommer att ses av andra i personalen.

Vi besökte Fogo De Chao i Coral Gables och vi är bekanta med restaurangen. Vi besökte dock förra söndagen för brunch. Vår Server Chris gick utöver det vanliga för att ge oss en lista över livsmedel med trädnötter. Detta var min första erfarenhet av att ha en server som gör att min dotter känner sig säker där hon skulle äta. Brunchen var fantastisk och hade många olika sorters mat att välja mellan. Jag kände mig tillgodosedd att inte stressa och återigen maten var utmärkt. Vi kommer definitivt att komma igen. Vi uppskattade att inte bara servern utan alla som går runt tillgodoses vårt bord inklusive chefen. Det var en underbar upplevelse. Tack så mycket.
