I recently stayed here for a quick solo getaway. What a great experience! As soon as I arrived they welcome me as I was « an old friend » with all the professionals behavior.

The hotel itself was super clean, room very comfortable and well digital with great  amenities.

Location was perfect for me as solo traveler and making it easy to navigate stress-free. I’ll for sure check for their availability on m next trip to Miami or any of their other hôtels. Highly recommended!

Amazing! The best example of employees exuding customer service with a desire to assist as I have seen in any industry for quite a while. Look at the pictures of the rooms! Yes they are smaller than a typical hotel but they are completely perfect with everything you need. Will stay here every time we decide to come to Miami. We just cannot say enough about the staff and how amazing they were from check in, bar, room attendants, and anyone with a Citizen M shirt. On top of that the location was amazing whether staying in Miami or waiting for a cruise. Simply perfect experience.

I recently stayed here for a quick solo getaway, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and the service was top-notch.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the bar—friendly bartenders, great conversation, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether I was enjoying a handcrafted cocktail or just unwinding after a day of exploring, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to navigate my trip stress-free. If you’re a solo traveler looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of, this is it! I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

5 stars for 5 reasons

1. This hotel is definitely unique! Reminds me of a hostel but in a good way. Artsy and a lot of personality. The room is small and narrow. The bed is huge and it’s comfortable. Shower is nice. The sink is super small but doable. Nice and clean.

2. The entire room can be controlled by the iPad. Turning tv on, lights and blinds all controlled by iPads.

3. Price is reasonable considering the location you’re in.

4. Location is awesome! 1.5 miles away from brickell and walkable. You’ll be close to a lot of cool places walkable or uber/lyft ready.

5. Self check in and self checkout. Nice workers that greets you. Awesome car

This is def a 4 star hotel.

Pretty cool and very different experience from checking into and staying in a regular hotel. There is a self check in where you use the computer in the lobby and get your room key card yourself. I think that’s pretty different and if you’re not tech savvy, there are employees that can assist you. As far as the area where you can eat and lounge- very eclectic space and it’s definitely a place where people who seem not to be staying at the hotel will hang out since it’s in a very heavy traffic area. The rooms are pretty neat, but not for a large family of 4 with kids. I was by myself for a business stay so one person per room if good, max is 2. The view I had was beautiful and overlooked the arena. Overall it’s a cool place to check out if you don’t have a lot of stuff with you and you want a change of style in your hotel preferences. You should check it out for the fun of it!
