We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the location is beautiful and quiet — great for a relaxing getaway. There was a bit of a wait during check-in because it was a busy period, but that’s understandable. The hotel is clean, though a little dated. The breakfast could use some improvement, especially with more healthy options. Despite that, my kids and I really enjoyed our time there!

We were very happy with our stay at this location both before and after our cruise. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The check in time is 3pm and we had arrived early when coming back off cruise, so they were able to tag our luggage and keep in a secure location for us enabling us to go and eat and see some sights. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around, as the metro (free) stop is right there. Breakfast was good, but they do start to clear it right when time is up, so best to get to it earlier than later. Older building, but they have done a lot of remodeling. Elevators are slow...that's about the only "complaint" I can think of. We will definitely recommend and use this location again!!!

Tiny entry way and lobby.  Room was spacious but had a double door that made it feel unsecure.  Only had one elevator working. We were there by recommendation to get into the cruise port.  The shuttle cost $12-15 a person and uber was much less and nicer way to travel.  The waffles, fruit and juices were the only decent items to eat at breakfast.  Not a way to start a cruise vacation.

Room was nice, two queen size beds. Bathroom was okay, the shower was not so practical. Good view from the room, stayed on 16th floor. Worst breakfast ever. They say it’s intercontinental breakfast, but it’s the most unattractive  breakfast ever. Just eggs and some meatballs, and bread and butter. Bad coffee, watery juices, and cleaning was not the highest priority in breakfast area. Fine hotel if you only gonna stay a few nights, looks like it’s mainly for cruise guests that need a one night stay.

There was a bed bug crawling on the sheet when I woke up. I emailed the general manager Mr. Burke and he did not respond until the next day when I had to ask for him at the front desk.
He wasn’t kind or remorseful about the situation. I got bite 3 times by the bed bug ( this has been confirmed by a doctors report) . He told me that the hotel doesn’t have a beg bite infestation. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or try to be accommodating in any way or form. No refund , no compensation nothing! He even had a very rude attitude. He even told me that he receives many emails each day and that he didn’t see my email when I asked him if he saw the email I sent a day earlier about me waking up to a bed bug crawling on the sheet! He went back in his office and checked his email, responded to the email and came back to tell me he had to have the room inspected ( THIS IS A DAY AFTER I REPORTED IT TO THE FRONT DESK & this mature lady working there told me she had to switch me from the room so that someone can come & check the room and spray it for bed bug) . Until now I have not been dealt with in a kind and accommodating way from comfort inn or the staff especially by the general manager Burke. The situation made me very sad and upset! It really ruined my entire trip. terrible terrible accommodation! Do not recommend! Do not stay there at all! You have been warned!
