Turkish food is the perfect mixture of flavors from Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.  If you have had Greek food, Indian food Food and Arabic food, you know exactly what I am talking about.  The cooking discipline is basically the same.  It is good flavorful healthy food.

The location is a bit odd, in the middle of a residential area but not much around it. It is in the middle of a courtyard surrounded by other restaurants and shops.  I learned that it is a pretty popular lunch spot as well.  All of the seating are out doors but the owner told us that they are opening up the El Turco Grill just next door soon, a more upscale version of the original.
The food is good, expected for a joint belonging to the Michelin Guide.  Service was impeccable, our server Oscar was very attentive and we really enjoyed our time here.

An incredible meal! We had a long layover in Miami and decided to find some great food for lunch and stumbled upon El Turco and what a delight! The food was incredible and the hospitality genuine and welcoming. The best Turkish meal we’ve ever had! Don’t pass up the chance to eat here!

I liked this place. The food was good and the atmosphere is really nice. My experience was good overall although I think it could be a little bit cheaper. I had high expectations for this restaurant, given its recognition on the Michelin list multiple times. However, compared to another Turkish restaurant I’ve been to in Miami Beach (Sumak) it didn’t stand out as much.

I recently dined at El  Turco Restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious and definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere was very nice, providing a warm and inviting space that complemented the dining experience.

Service-wise, it was a busy night, so there were some delays. It took quite a long time for the food to arrive, and unfortunately, the drinks were served after the meal. However, the staff recognized the delay and kindly offered additional items at no extra cost, which I appreciated.

In summary, while the service was a bit slow due to the busy night, the good food and atmosphere made up for it. I would recommend giving it a try, especially when it's not too crowded.

Located at a beautiful artsy area, with coffee shops and other restaurants around. The place is covered by a huge tree canopy, truly amazing! Food is all delicious. Service is good, but only 4 stars for me (brought appetizer after main dish, had trouble finding the correct check when we asked for it… very good food recommendations though). Atmosphere is gorgeous and rustic, only problem is that space is too tight between tables.
