As a local and a food-critic here's why I would choose Fabel in Wynwood as your next night out either for a date night or with friends.

The food is excellent and pairs well with the atmosphere. Everything has a purpose and it shows. The service is what you come here for, you're taken care of like VIP every time.

Our first time in, we didn't let them know who we were with. We did what we call a "blind-review" where the business isn't aware of our arrival until after the fact. We're so glad we did, they impressed us at every step.

The music and entertainment transports you and we highly recommend FABEL!

If you’re in Miami and haven’t been to fabel, you’re seriously missing out. Hands down, they serve the best lamb chops I’ve ever had in my life—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was an experience.

And let’s talk about that beet salad—I’m not even exaggerating when I say it was life-changing. The flavors, the textures… it was so good, it literally made me weak.

The ambiance is effortlessly chic, the service is on point, and the food? Unreal. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation ASAP. Request Shawn !!

The drinks are top-notch; yes, they’re a bit pricey, but they’re strong enough to make it worth every penny. My personal favorite is the Turmeric Sunrise—it’s refreshing, unique, and an absolute must-try. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and it’s the kind of drink you’ll keep craving.

The DJ keeps the energy alive with an incredible playlist that sets the mood just right, blending chill beats with dance-worthy tracks. Whether you’re there for a casual night out, a special occasion, or just to soak in the vibrant Wynwood vibes, Fabel delivers on all fronts.

I have been here in a few occasions but never had dinner, so I can’t comment on that.

We were expecting this restaurant to be busy but when we got there at 8pm for our reservations it was dead for a Friday Night. The atmosphere is very eclectic and they have a DJ that plays as well. The food however was delicious. We enjoyed most of what we tried and the drinks were great as well. The labneh was probably my favorite. We couldn’t stop eating it.

Hey guys, I recently visited “Fabel Miami” and had a generally good experience, though there were some areas that could use improvement. The food was enjoyable, with a nice variety of dishes that were well-prepared. However, the service felt somewhat disorganized. The waitstaff seemed to struggle with managing their time effectively, leading to some delays. Not all of our dishes arrived at the same time, which disrupted the flow of our meal and left some of us waiting while others were already enjoying their food.

Despite the service issues, the atmosphere at “Fabel” is what truly stands out. The music is vibrant and adds an energetic vibe to the place, making it a fun spot to spend an evening. The ambiance is lively and inviting, which is a big draw for me and keeps me coming back.

That said, I believe the staff needs to pay more attention to service efficiency. Coordinating the timing of the dishes is essential to enhance the overall dining experience. If they can improve their organization, it would make a significant difference and elevate the experience even more.

Overall, while the food and atmosphere are great, addressing the service challenges would make “Fabel Miami” a must-visit destination. I look forward to returning and seeing how they’ve improved!
