Perfect experience at Fortune House Hotel! The clean rooms and property exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. My suite was huge and had amazing views of the water and horizon. I'll definitely stay here again on my next Miami trip - you can't beat the value.

Overall A experience. The key is the SMS housekeeping/front desk number. Anything you need, they reply promptly and actually bring you what you need (and not 1x, they will give you a handful of whatever you asked for, no skimping). The pool is under construction but there is a nearby one guests are able to use. Would recommend staying here no doubt.
We stayed here for Ultra, great location only 20 minute walk from Bayfront. Book directly through their website and not Expedia etc. Some people had their reservations cancelled a week before Ultra and coincidentally they all had booked through third party sites (and pay in full at time of booking).

We are currently staying at the Fortune House Hotel from December 15 to January 15, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The place has an excellent aparthotel-style setup, is impeccably clean, and offers top-notch services.

A special thank you to Rey at reception who has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm demeanor have truly enhanced our experience.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere.

3 things that i would have wanted to know beforehand:

1/ their pool is closed for maintenance. They send us half a block away to hotel AKA.

2/ Not all the units are upgraded. It seems some units are hotel run and some units have condo owners. So it can be a mixed bag.

3/ The noises— construction can starts anytime between  6:30 and 8 right next door.  If you are in a unit next to the elevator, there is no noise isolation.
