Great location. Nicely decorated rooms. Loud music in lobby. Strange mix of customer service from very helpful to disrespectful.  Front desk service was good, restaurant staff less so (they need more training and oversight). The auto 18% tip led to them not caring? Bell hops absent and unhelpful. Nice Club Lounge that provided quality dinner options. Pool area was pleasant. You need to advocate for yourself here: they don’t feel into you to meet your needs, instead they text you and ask you what they are, which is cold yet efficient.

The best at this hotel are the staff: everyone from the concierge, the front desk, and everyone else were super nice, friendly, and professional. I cannot thank them enough. The location is awesome and the rooms are kept clean, organized, and well maintained. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to try the restaurant but I have no doubt it would be great as well.

I travel a lot which means I stay in a lot of hotels. Let me say this, this was the best stay I have had anywhere. I ran in to some issues on the stay, BUT it was handled very fairly and with accountability. They handled it so well that I absolutely would still stay here again.  Our room view was the best too! If you are searching for the best place to stay in Miami, this is it! They took great care of us. Thanks for making our vacation memorable. This stay really solidified our trip!

Best hotel in Miami! The location is in the heart of Miami but in a quiet area. Easy walk to the BaysideMarket Place which is full of shops and restaurants. It’s close to the airport and everything seams to be easily accessible.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and quiet. The view was stunning overlooking the bay.
The best part is the service. From its check in desk to the club room…we couldn’t fault a thing. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and very professional.
I would thoroughly recommend this  outstanding hotel and look forward to coming back. Thank you to all for such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic customer service, comfortable beds, fantastic house keeping. I love the restaurant inside. Pool is so so but that's just the design, not to any fault of the hotel. I've stayed here about half a dozen times and love the location.
